My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
:D Hi. My name is Sarah. I've just moved back to the Toledo area as of October 2013, mainly my interest in updating my OKcupid profile is to meet new people / make friends.

That said, if I do find someone for "more", I'm looking for my partner in crime. OK, to elaborate, we would not actually be seeking out crime to partake in but I like the connotations it evokes. I want the balanced combination of physical, intellectual and emotional attractions. I guess I’m still naive enough to be holding out for the man that can set off fireworks in me (and I for him) with a kiss, enjoy a game of Catan, a day out on the town or a night cuddling on the couch AND has had enough experience in life, and in love to appreciate what an awesome relationship we create with each other.

I guess what I’m really looking to say is that if you want to stand any chance at getting to know me intimately, you need to be GGG. Not familiar with the term? Google Dan Savage and listen or read a bit of his work and you'll figure it out pretty quick.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to figure out how to be my own boss and pay the bills. Consider it a premature mid life crisis. But I got sick of working in an office and being another cog in a cubicle. I made this change at the beginning of the summer (June 2013) and so far so good. It's an interesting path (that might offend some), but I'm very much enjoying the adventure of doing something that fits my needs / eccentricities / never ending quests for self discovery &/or self improvement.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No idea. I would think it depends on the person and the circumstances of the occasion.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Non-things: My cats (I have two). Sunshine. Fresh air. Random acts of human kindness. The sound of rain against the windows during a thunderstorm. You know, the stuff that makes life worth living.

Things...
1. My laptop, phone and the Internets. Seriously, I get grumpy if I'm cut off from electronics. :(
2. Side projects. I don't stay idle for very long before I have to throw myself into something, be it crafty stuff like sewing or beading, or building the biggest fort ever on Minecraft, or dreaming up the perfect tiny house.
3. My bed, it's comfy.
4. HOT soapy showers.
5. Board games.
6. Ben & Jerry's Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream. Seriously, I think the secret ingredient is crack. Thank goodness it's only available in "limited" batches. Nom nom nom. Crack I swear.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing whatever strikes my fancy.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
1.) You got this far you should totally send me a message, preferably something with wit and/or banter.
2.) You know which weapon you'd grab before running out the door from an forthcoming hoard of lumbering zombies. Think fast, you only have time to grab one thing and it make the difference between life and death. :P
