My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was online dating for a while, then was tired of it, and here I am again. What I have learned about it could literally make a comedy script, a one woman show, or a book that is at the same time hilarious and depressing. Here's what I have to say about who I am, I am tired of going on dates. I still do, and they are still sometimes fun or horrifying, but at this point I am ready to meet someone I can see more than a few times, are you?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a BS in molecular biology and work in the pharmaceutical industry. I'm not the kind of woman that likes young men, so yes I'm at a point in my life I like to have real conversation.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Conversation. Anyone will tell you I am very easy to get along with. I have a strange sense of humor, and I am intelligent so my vocabulary at times can be borderline nerdy.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair is distinctive, as well as a few other things. I'm always told I'm a pretty woman so everyone can't be lying. However the next thing you generally notice is that I am warm and genuine.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I read quite a wide variety of types of books. I love HBO and Showtime shows. As for movies I love a goofy comedy as well as dramas. I play classical piano, but I listen to most types of music. No country, it's just not my thing. As for food, I love most things. I am not a picky eater, so if you're one of those people that won't try sushi because you think it's gross I'll find that annoying.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My dog Ralphie
My family, I'm very close to my sisters.
My cell phone, funny that one thing has become so necessary.
My education, it changes the way you think about life.
Hmm. I'll think of more.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I got to the place I am in life. It a winding path that I've taken.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At a dive bar, or at home watching a movie with a few friends. Sometimes, well who knows? If every Friday night was the same I would get stir crazy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
If you have read any of my questions you may assume my interest in being on this site leans toward the carnal. That isn't true, it's just that I answered most of them as honestly as possible. I am looking to meet a man whose company I appreciate these days. I have met plenty of men, the question is are you a man that is looking for more than just sex? If not, pass on by.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You can message me if you have a picture. I've learned that if you don't have a picture up you're hiding from: a girlfriend, a job, people's opinion of you. It really doesn't matter what you're hiding from, I just don't like it. I'm sorry but it is just generally true. I have nothing to hide, and you shouldn't either.
Also, if you are educated, and generally have a good sense of yourself and where you are going.
