I'm generally a happy and content little thing.

I enjoy people and how different and interesting 'we' all are so I am always looking to meet and make new friends for a whole host of interesting encounters.

Currently particularly interested in meeting people already in open relationships or those who are open to the idea of non-monogamy as a principle that can be a healthy thing in relationships. I'm presently trying out my first open relationship (with onmybike365) and it would be great to meet some like-minded thinkers.

Books: Pop-Ups (long standing obsession for paper engineering) The Moomins, Edward Gorey, lots of design and aesthetics, lots of psychoanalytic stuff and then throw in a bit of Hubert Selby Jr. And Michael Cunningham.

Music: love the Canadian music scene, indie, folk, singer songwriter stuff, jazz, electronic. A real cool-kid mix bag - but then I may be a tad biased.

Food: Preference for Asian - all kinds, Middle Eastern, Turkish, Indian good flavours and a bit of a kick, fish - particularly shellfish, poached egg afficiando, like to have a bit of a picnic of things.

Infinitely more savoury than sweet.

I don't own a TV and barely watch it. Although my all time favourite show is Twin Peaks, I'm not sure it'll ever be beaten.

Love film. Love the film festivals, like indie/art house/not always general release stuff, tend to stay away from Ben Stiller/Adam Sandler type offerings.

Doing something that is going to wind down my week nicely and make me happy...which could be any number of things.

I'm really massively fascinated by paper engineering. I have quite the collection of pop-up books. Apparently I should keep this sort of admission under wraps.

You'd like to / are going to compose it whilst refraining from text speak / are a formidable joy to be around / want an adventure / are more interested in finding things out for yourself rather than making (or going along with) judgements to make yourself feel safer / like the cut of my jib and whatnot...
