I'm a wanderer and a dreamer.

I excercise, work, cook/eat, read/write, listen to music, go to concerts, make-believe, go on adventures, survive, and play in my band/practice guitar.

I have a dark and sarcastic sense of humor. I'm outwardly calm but very passionate. I'm introspective and I like to over think/analyze what is on my mind. I really enjoy eating. I love berries of all sorts ... especially raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.

I'm 5'10" with a medium build weighing around 165 lbs.

I grew up in the middle of nowhere in West Virginia. I'm not a real deal hick though b/c both of my parents are from Baltimore. I say some words with an accent and it is more pronounced when I'm tired. I lived in the woods until I was 18 and then I ran off to Pittsburgh, PA to try and start a band. That was a humbling experience so I enrolled at WVU. I have a BA in English with a minor in Communications. After I graduated I moved to Newark, DE to play music with a childhood friend who had moved to the region. I recently moved to Oaklyn, NJ to be closer to the band I started with some people I've met on my journey.

Right now i'm focused on my music. I'd also like to meet a wonderful woman to share my time and eventually my life with. I'd like to meet my muse.

I work and play in a metal band. My basic routine revolves around working and playing music. I still don't know that many people in the area and I'm trying to change that. If i'm not at work I'm practicing guitar, cooking, eating, or performing basic life functions like showering or cleaning.

My eyes are blue to the point that people ask me if I wear colored contacts. I wear contacts but they aren't the eye color changing kind. My beard seems to receive some attention too. People don't have beards with the frequency that they do where I grew up. My beard has a bunch of different colors: all shades of brown, red, blond, and even a few white ones hidden in there.

George R. R. Martin, Kurt Vonnegut, and Chuck Palahniuck are a few of my favorite authors.
I've recently started reading more books on music, recording, mixing, mastering, and all the what not in between.
Cook books are always a good read for me too.

I like a little bit of everything when it comes to movies. Sometimes something terrible sometimes something good.

I play metal and listen mainly to death, thrash, power, melodic death, and folk/viking/pagan metal. I also listen to outlaw country, bluegrass, punk, classical, jazz, rock just depends on my mood/situation.

I'm a pretty good cook and I'll try to make just about anything (want to help?!?) but if I'm going out I like ethnic foods the most. Probably because I don't make those well. Thai, Indian, Chinese, Mexican. I mainly consume fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken, rice, and cereal when I'm at home. I have a huge sweet tooth (until it rots out!) for chocolate, cake, and caramel but I limit my intake of it.

i typically have band practice on friday unless i have a previous engagement. sometimes people are surprised I willingly give up every friday night but when you truly love something its hard to imagine what else you would be doing.

I like to drink coffee in the shower. Its really fun and I suggest you try it. I'll make you a cup.
