My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I’m spontaneous,
I'm soft and curvy (and that is NOT a euphemism),
I understand the word euphemism,
I know how to choose my battles (and choose them wisely),
I’ll bring/make you thoughtful gifts,
I can drive stick,
I don’t live with my parents,
I'm quirky and open-minded (I'm saving eccentric for old age),
If I had to describe myself in one word it would be "dichotomous",
I'm too verbose to restrict myself to one word,
I can say “thank-you” in over ten languages (if you’re ever in need of a translator),
I’m highly adept at verb conjugation,
I’m happy to let you cook,
I like to sing in the car (and you won't even need earplugs...most of the time),
I know the alternate route,
I can put together Ikea furniture,
I’ll make you coffee in the morning,
I’ll laugh both with you and at you,
I have internet,
I always have tissue (next best thing to carrying a towel),
I know some great spoons,
I kind of glow when I'm truly happy,
I’m good at currency exchange,
I sometimes ramble before I'm properly caffeinated,
I say what I mean and mean what I say,
My shoulder is small but good to cry on,
I have take-out menus and a phone,
I can tread water,
I never trump my partner’s ace,
I'm highly adept at "I" statements
I'm an overly parenthetical writer (but at least I get to my point eventually)
I have punch and pie...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Fooling some of the people...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting my tongue lodged firmly in my cheek
Stating the obvious
Creative travel routing
Facial recognition
Having a whim and running with it
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love food! I've realized that many of my best relationships (friendship or romantic) are with people who share this enjoyment. There's no pretension in my food love, in fact my favourite places are often cheap ethnic dives or little brunch spots, but very few things (and yes there are still a few) rival the happiness or excitement great food can bring.

We don't have to like all the same things (that would be weird), and everyone is welcome to restrictions and quirks, but if you're the sort of person who hears about some odd new restaurant and immediately picks up the phone to say, "we have to try this today!"...well....I think that would be all kinds of wonderful!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
*travel (where to go, how to do it, and who I`m going to con into taking a leave of absence from work to join me)
*what songs to sing at karaoke
*why strangers are much more open to chatting when I have my dog with me
*which language I should learn to speak poorly next
*whether Tinder is popular because people can`t misrepresent themselves when they don`t say anything, or they`re just too lazy to bother
*butter tarts
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Now that the weather's warming up, Friday afternoons often find me heading out of town. This means after a long and sedentary winter, I've suddenly become relatively busy. But I can always carve out time to meet a new and interesting someone.
