My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Courtney A. Walsh says:
“Dear Human: You’ve got it all wrong. You didn’t come here to master unconditional love. That is where you came from and where you’ll return. You came here to learn personal love. Messy love. Sweaty love. Crazy love... But unconditional love? Stop telling that story..."

I'm an educated, curious, passionate man, interested in everything: from science, economics, politics and ancient anything to music, poetry and dance. Grew up near DC, lived in Europe as a teen, have traveled to Asia and Africa to teach and learn. Started college at MIT studying physics, switched to acting school to open up my emotional life, moved on to metaphysics, mysticism, and exploring awareness itself. I started out trusting my mind, but have discovered that my heart and body are wiser in many things.

My life-long love is opening more deeply into the present-moment experience until the heart of it is revealed. It's a practice of profound intimacy, both with myself and with others. It is intimacy, ultimately, that lights me up.

I'm a psychotherapist, teacher, author, and meditator. I'm financially and emotionally secure, smart, funny, kind, expressive, a good listener and a good communicator. Sensual, affectionate, and more interested in cuddling than sports. I love singing and dancing and would like to share those with my sweetheart. I like getting outside for hikes, camping, snorkeling. Long term, I want to do more traveling – Bali (again), Machu Picchu, Belize . . .

I'm seeking a woman as a best friend and equal partner on this journey, a woman with an inner-awareness practice, good communication skills, and a desire to be deeply open in the moment. A partner with whom to explore undefended love. Extra points if you just adore kissing and you're able to surrender into the experience and let yourself be deeply moved. I am deeply moved by intimate connection, and sharing that fills my heart with joy! As Rumi says, "Out beyond ideas of rightdoing and wrongdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there."

Physically, I prefer a woman who is slender, heartful, and present in her body. I need her to hold and embody the feminine polarity as I do the masculine. I love being able to switch off and explore the entire spectrum of masculine-feminine together, but I also want each of us to be firmly anchored in our home polarity. That's where the spark comes from!

If reading this touches something in you, I’d love to hear from you.
