My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Some personal mantras might include: be here now; walk left, stand right; fuck it, why not?; don't eat the yellow snow; Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man

A now for a semi-autobiographical block of text!: DFW-appreciator-type, California raised, laid-back, book enthusiast, nature bum, mon-wed (sometimes thur) nyt crossword starter, somewhat epistemically relativistic, somewhat more so morally relativistic, feminist, open book, no bullshit, no expectations, intp, south paw -- seeking devastatingly cool friend(s)/lover(s) with whom to share coffee/drinks/conversation/adventure (or perhaps more, should something fun and meaningful fall into place...?). Not a big fan of subject pronouns, apparently.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Once I went to volunteer at an (animal) adoption event and came home with a puppy. He remains my raison d'etre and still insists on sleeping in the middle of the bed, under the covers (no longer a puppy though).

On a more pro forma note: I'm an int'l finance and econ nerd, and a somewhat-accidental corporate sell-out at the moment, so a ginormous international bank gets most of my working time, though pro-bono consulting for social services non-profits occupies (some of) the free time and provides modicum of professional interest/diversity/fulfillment.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
board games, maps, befriending dogs and cats, hammocks, driving stick shift
The first things people usually notice about me

This is an odd question, yes? Talk about manufactured self-conscious projectile speculation, woah. But seriously, probably that I'm so hot, if I absolutely had to say.
