Somewhere out there is a fantastic women who is perfect for me and vice versa, that's all I'm looking for. Simple right?

I'm a good person, from a good family, with great friends and a great life. Like everyone else here I'm looking to find someone to share it with!

Disclaimer - I am an animal person. I have two cats and a dog and I spoil them...a lot. If you do not like animals, we probably won't get along. I do understand that some people have allergies and I won't ask someone to suffer for my sake.

Making the most of what I have and striving for something better. I have a good job that I like, but it doesn't define me. I have an awesome family and great friends. I would like to meet someone in the same situation and we can share our family and friends. That would be ideal!

Cooking and making top 10 lists. I also NEVER lose at Scramble with Friends. Chivalry, I'm good at that too..does that count as a skill?

Stuff I'm not really good at but enjoy doing anyway:
Basketball, tennis, golf, bowling, bar sports (Pool, darts, bags, etc).

Also love:
Road trips, bbq's, generally doing anything outdoors. Oh, and trying new stuff...surprise me.

No clue, i never asked. Maybe my reddish hair?

Books: Games of thrones, anything by carl sagan or michael crichton. Dan Brown, Devil in the White City, Unbroken, The Kiterunner. I even read the twilight books - sorry ladies, but I HATED them. I read A LOT. I own probably 100+ books, plus have about 1000 kindle books. I am a regular donor and buyer at Open Books (brownie points if you know what that is).

Music:
Tom Petty, Johnny Cash, classic rock, Foster the People. Florence and the Machine, Mumford and Sons, OAR, Weezer, Death Cab for Cutie, the Xx, Deadmau5. I like something in almost every genre of music. Not so much polka, but even that's okay if it's Oktoberfest!

Movies:
Shawshank, Boondock Saints, LOTR, anything sci-fi, Superhero flicks, documentaries, the occassional romantic comedy. I don't do chick flicks, but for the right girl I'll suck it up, and then make you watch monster truck races with me (kidding). Love off the wall indie flicks, recommendation welcome - If you like art, have Netflix and haven't seen it, I highly recommend Exit Through the Gift Shop.

TV:
Bill Maher, American Horror Story, The Newsroom, True blood, Walking Dead, Jon Stewart, Breaking Bad, Rescue Me, Spartacus, Family Guy. There's a lot more, but I honestly don't have a ton of time for TV...thank goodness for the DVR.

Food:
I'm open to anything. I love all things cheese. I LOVE French food. I also love cooking..it's a hobby, passion and therapy all at once, and I'm good at it so I'm well fed too! Now if I can just find someone to do the dishes

Politics and the environment. What's for dinner. Why they don't have grocery stores for single people. I don't need 8 hotdogs or 8 hot dog buns. Single people like hot dogs too, but I dont want to eat them every day for a week.

Dinner and drinks with friends, I would love to replace this with going to the movies with my significant other :-)

There's something to be said for staying in with a nice dinner, a bottle of wine and Netflix...again, this is much more enjoyable with company.

I am a reformed slob and now pretty much a neat freak. I regularly use my old toothbrush to clean things. I blame my mother, but she's way more anal about it then I am and it's not the worst thing in the world.

You think we would get along....and liked what you saw in the photos of course!

I can also always use a tennis or golfing partner.
