I'm an aspiring musician, who spent much of my life as the starving-artist type. I am picking up the pieces after a divorce, trying to find myself and move on. I love making music: I play guitar, bass guitar, drums and i even sing a little.
I absolutely love Anime, from Inuyasha to FLCL. I like The History Channel and crime drama. I used to be into Sci-Fi, but i have traded that for a sincere interest in astro-physics.
I am honest and generally easy-going. I am sort of a homebody,and enjoy pets, home improvements and yardwork. I love pets, and i have a cat named Moses
I havent really dated since my my ex-wife left me 5 years ago, and am just now getting prepared to get "back out there". I am looking for love- long-term companionship. I have no problems with commitment or being faithful.

i lost the feeling in my left hand, along with my passion of the arts. my new-found addiction to physics has led to more intellectual pursuits in the areas of sociology, economics, psychology and computer science. I hve lost the ability to relax, and now fully indulge myself in intellectual pursuits.

i would love to find an equal, someone who can keep up with me mentally, and keep me in my place. someone who enjoys a challenging conversation. someone who is independent- who can allow me the independence to pursue knowledge and logic.

I'm going back to college in the fall, majoring in psychology. I go to church regularly, and even play/ sing for the church's praise and worship team.
I recently sold my house and moved back in with my parents, to prepare for going back to school. I had to give away my dogs, whom i miss very much.
I have a knack for computers, and have been studying up to get Microsoft certified. Its just sort of a back-up plan in case school doesn't go as planned.

Nothing, really; im moderately good at a lot of things, but i dont really have a specialty. As stated before, i have a knack for music and computers. I'm good at math and science, and I'm a good listener.

That I appear much younger than I am. I also get a lot of positive comments about my hair and my pant size.

I rarely read fiction, if i am reading anything, its probably an encyclopedia, manual or textbook. Maybe im reading something on religion, or on computers or on science.
I dont watch many movies, but i occasionally enjoy drama or comedy, and sometimes action flicks. Im really pretty lacking when it comes to movies, which is ok, cause that makes for an easy time at blockbuster. I really enjoyed the movies "Constantine", "Iron Man" and "Get Smart".
I like a variety of music, from Classical to Heavy Metal, and lots of things in between like Electronica, Classic Rock and Industrial. I like rap, but not R&B; Johnny Cash, but not country; Modern Rock, but not Modern Rock radio. There are just too many groups to list, however I cant go on without mentioning Rush and Pink Floyd.
Food: i'm thinking about going vegetarian again, not sure, but thinking about it...

I could go without anything, but if i were faced with the desert island scenario: my cat, a set of encyclopedias, a computer, a guitar, and a pillow and blanket.
