My self-summary Propose an edit

I like exercise adventure and a little drama. I ski in the winter and hike and rock climb in the summer. I practice Chinese martial arts all year but I’m not really that good at it. I’m defiantly not any kind of badass.
I just decided to change my profile. After reading what I put up here before, I have decided that what I thought was funny just sounded misogynistic. So I will say, first off, that my availability and status changes from day to day. I am somewhat separated which means that I live in the mother in law apartment of my house. I haven’t decided if I want to get a divorce or if I want to continue my marriage. It depends on a lot of things. So right now I am pretty much only interested in maybe exchanging some emails and if there is interest in a face to face I will probably not try to seduce you immediately. Don’t get me wrong about this, I like female companionship but right now my life is pretty complicated and I don’t need to add to that.
I am an engineer and I am very analytical in my thinking. But strangely enough I love art and the abstract, I like the idea of magic, not just tricks but real magic, I don’t really believe in it but it would be cool. I once took the Myers/Briggs test and I scored as an INTP. Only 1% of people score in this category so I guess I‘m special somehow. It just means that I don’t exactly get along with other engineers who are typically INTJs (I think). I like to get things started and then leave finishing them up to people who are real experts in their fields. I am really good at crunching numbers and I can tell a pretty good story with statistics. I am good at separating important information from background noise. In addition to my engineering degree I have an MBA. This basically means that I understand business even if I am not really interested in doing it. LOL
I like to think about stuff. And I mean a lot of stuff. I think about science and politics and emotions and human kinematics (good knowledge if you like martial arts) and social structures. My ultimate goal would be to solve all of the world’s problems but I am old and wise enough to realize that any solution would have to be dynamic because the world never stands still and the system is really too complicated for human beings to figure out. All you can do is constantly make the best decision you can with the information at hand.
I’m interested in thinking about quantum mechanics and the theory of alternate universes. There is some comfort in this because if you make a mistake in this universe there is another where you made the right decision. I like this idea better than some hokey-pokey religion. I think there is something to life that we do not understand and that continues on after death, I am just not arrogant or stupid enough to tell you what that thing is.

Whatever I want to: But not really much. I have not found a way to reach my full potential and I am finding out that I really don't care. I just want to do interesting things and hang out with interesting people. Someone else can rule the world and worry about making piles of cash.

How the hell am I supposed to know this? Actually I really don't know. Since I am not a sales man I really don't spend a lot of time worrying about what other people think about me. Except for my boss, I care what he thinks because he can give me raises and fun assignments which may involve travel to exotic locations with opprotunities for fine dining.

I have worked hard to get a good education, make a good living and stay in fairly good physical shape. I expect the same from you.
