the day has 24 hours, so about 7 hours I sleep and dream 6 hours I do my job to get enough money (includes driving) 2 hours I spend outside in nature with my sheltie 2 hours I play World of Warcraft or Magic the gathering or something like that 1 hour I try to get awake, half of the time under the shower 1 hour I try to remove some entropie 1 hour at least I spend on eating & preparing it (includes buying) 1 hour I hang around listening music 1 hour I talk to one or some friends (often via chat) 1 hour I talk to neighbours and my sons or people who call on me

so 1 hour ist left to let in some new sensations and encounter ;-)
