My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
About Me: I did some research on what other guys write in their profiles (you know, a competitive analysis). Other than realizing that OkCupid was going to notify all these guys that I was checking them out, I learned that 95% of them just listed a bunch of flattering adjectives about themselves (does this actually work?). So let me give you the bad stuff instead. I'm deathly afraid of snakes for no good reason. I'm not always politically correct. Although I'm pretty detail-oriented I can also be a bit impulsive (sorry paycheck). I like to stay up late; I'm honestly most productive between 11pm and 3am on weeknights (not that I can really do this anymore). I don't have much patience for people that can't keep a commitment or are super flaky. And I’m pretty much OCD about keeping my apartment clean (so a relationship with me comes with a free subscription to maid service).

About You: You are curious about the world around you. You're open-minded and tolerant (even of people and things that go against your beliefs). You like to travel. Health and wellness are important parts of your life (it's not always easy, but it's a priority in my life). You have high professional and personal ambitions. You don't shy away from intelligent conversations. You have a good sense of humor and can appreciate (or at least tolerate) some sarcasm. Everything else is negotiable. Is this really too much to ask? (probably).

And my dating profile wouldn't be complete without a generic list of hobbies: scuba diving, web design, trying new IPA beers (yes, this is a hobby), cooking at home, binge watching Shark Tank, and running (lots of running).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I travel whenever I can. Even if it's just a weekend getaway. I especially like international travel and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world. I recently got back from backpacking in SE Asia for 5 weeks.

I enjoy playing pickup games of just about any sport. I run often to keep in shape and do 2 or 3 half marathons a year plus a handful of shorter charity runs.

I'm an ignroant foodie... which basically means I know nothing about food but love going out to eat and cooking new things at home all the time.

I'm constantly reading. Newspapers, magazines, research articles, blogs, and pretty much any other non-fiction I can get my hands on.

Books: Pretty much any non-fiction will keep me interested for hours.

Music: love all types of music (favorite two are hip/hop and motown)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1- my friends + my dog
2- my passport
3- my car (I love exploring and going places)
4- my ambition
5- being spontaneous
6- Google
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Personally: I spend a lot of time thinking about travel plans and where I am going to travel to next.

Professionally: I spend a lot of time thinking about what the next career move is going to be or what business opportunity I should invest in.
On a typical Friday night I am

2) Having a few drinks with friends
