My self-summary
I'll keep this simple. I consider myself intelligent, adventuruous, an excessive traveler, genuine, and highly motivated (and sometimes funny... usually at my own expense).

I don't message people often because I don't have the time to sift through profiles and write an intelligent message (and I'm not the type of guy who's just going to say "Hi" because you have a pretty profile photo). So long story short, you should message me if you're interested and I'm much more likely to respond.

Feel free to message me!
What I’m doing with my life
The paragraph above should really be enough to know whether we have a chance of getting along, but for those of you who actually do take the time to read these profiles I've taken the time to describe my life a bit (listed in order of importance in my life):

1. My friends mean the world to me. Everything else in this list is enjoyable because of the people I do them with.

2. I travel whenever I can (about 20 times per year). Been all over the world, just ask!

3. Between work and my social life I keep myself incredibly busy (by choice). I will make time for anyone and anything and basically never say no when invited to go do something. This usually results in a lot of spontanous decisions (however, I'm super organized which is what allows me to accomodate a lifestyle where I can say yes to anything that comes my way). That said, I do enjoy the few hours I reserve each week for watching all my shows on the DVR.

4. I enjoy playing pickup games of just about any sport (I don't play competitively). I run often to keep in shape and do 2 or 3 half marathons a year plus a handful of shorter charity runs.

5. I'm an ignroant foodie... which basically means I know nothing about food but love going out to eat (2-3 times a week at least) and will try cooking new things at home all the time.

6. I'm constantly reading. Newspapers, magazines, research articles, blogs, and pretty much any other non-fiction I can get my hands on. I particularly enjoy reading about business, politics, sociology, psychology, and leadership.

7. I also value my background and the opportunities I had that got me to where I am. So my background... I grew up in upstate NY. Finished my B.A. in political science at American University in DC. Worked as a policy manager for the Embassy of Australia. Then joined Teach For America as a high school science teacher in Jacksonville, FL. Worked as an operations director for TFA in Chicago. Then earned my MBA from the University of Florida. Now I do project management, strategy, and consulting work for several companies across the US.
I’m really good at
business, graphic/web design, cooking, scuba diving, cycling, running, coaching/teaching/mentoring, and event planning.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Personally: I spend a lot of time thinking about travel plans and where I am going to travel to next.

Professionally: I spend a lot of time thinking about what the next career move is going to be or what business opportunity I should invest in.
On a typical Friday night I am
On a typical Friday night I'm with my friends having a few drinks somewhere. Or I'm taking a weekend trip.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've never dated a woman younger than me.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 21–30
  • Located anywhere
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
I am attracted to women who are confident and ambitious. I like women who can poke fun at me but can also take a joke (and trust me, there is plenty to poke fun at here). Also, I need to be physically attracted to you. As shallow as that may sound, it's just not going to work if there is no physical attraction.

Definitely message me if you are funny, smart, good-looking, honest, adventurous and are interested in actually meeting someone and not just getting a new pen-pal.

Also, as a quick disclosure, I'm not interested in messaging back and forth forever. I'd prefer to just meet up and see if we're interested in one another. I cannot tell if I'm into you by just exchanging e-mails or text messages.
