I'm an easygoing guy looking for a serious relationship. Keep in mind that this profile is a work in progress, as I myself am.

I am optimistic, spiritual, and somewhat nerdy.

I'm working full time in customer service for a shipping company and going to seminary part time with the end goal of becoming a pastor in the PCUSA, and I've got a computer science degree under my belt to boot. Basically, all that translates to simply trying to live my life as God would have me live my life.

Listening and caring.

I would have to say it's my optimistic attitude.

Favorite books, aside from the Bible, would probably have to be the Lord of the Rings series. I don't have much time for reading non-required stuff these days thanks to my studies. Favorite movies are easy - My Cousin Vinny, Dogma, and 12 Angry Men. Favorite music is mostly heavy metal, with my favorite bands being, in no particular order, Times of Grace, Killswitch Engage, Thrice, Metallica, Dream Theater, and Opeth. Dropkick Murphies are pretty good as well. That being said, I've been known to listen to and enjoy just about anything. As far as food, Italian is my favorite, but being part Italian, I enjoy eating in general. Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Mongolian are a few other varieties of food I enjoy.

God's presence in my life, my dogs, my family, my church family, a positive attitude, and a sense of peace. In case it isn't obvious, I'm not big on material stuff - though considering I'm a computer geek at heart, a computer with an Internet connection would be hard to go without, but doable.

Theology. Going to seminary will tend to make you do that, whether you choose to or not.

There's such a thing as a typical Friday night? It varies - I could be out and about with friends, studying, watching a movie, relaxing, going for a walk in the park.

I tend to blast heavy metal music and sing/scream along when I drive, particularly on the way home from work as I find it's a good way to unwind.

There is no if - go for it. I won't bite.
