I have always loved sex and couldn't understand why my sex life with my husband was so crappy. Finally, he realized that he was gay and everything became clear to me! We separated about 4 years ago after 35 years of marriage. Now, we are both dating men. We are still very good friends. For financial reasons, we are still legally married, but I didn't want to list myself as married on this site, since it gives an incorrect impression of what is really going on in my life.

I would like to find a longterm partner. Sex isn't my whole life, but it does play a large role, so I am not interested in any men who think that sex should end at some definitive age. On the other hand, I am interested in men who are very intelligent and have a great sense of humor and who are interested in me for more than just sex. I am liberal politically and very liberal socially.

I am smart and funny and have been told that I have a nice personality. I have had many years of therapy (completed) and continue to take self-help workshops of various types around the Bay Area. I have taken workshops most recently at the Human Awareness Institute (HAI), and have become a member of that community.

My Ideal Person:
I find sweetness and a sense of humor very sexy traits in a man. If a man is intelligent, genuine and can make me laugh, that is an incredible turn on for me. Honesty and integrity are also very important to me in a man. I don't like mind games. I would appreciate a gentleman who is also a gentle man.

I am looking for all sorts of intimate relationships with people of both sexes (but since I am straight, the sexual relationships will only be with men and since I am ethical, the men have to really be available, i.e. not hiding what they are doing from their wives or girlfriends). I am also looking for women in San Francisco as activity partners (movies, dinner, plays, musicals, etc.) and for general friendship.
