I am a blossoming Chef with a special talent in the Pastry field. I work full time but I'm trying to find time to travel and see family and friends more. I'm focused and driven, but I'm a little unorganized. Punctuality is not my thing and I have the oddest tastes in movies. The cheesier and funnier the better. I collect chopsticks and bar glasses. I have two tattoos and I'm waiting for the money to get more. I love music of almost all sorts, some I just don't get the grasp of. I'm a mediocre gamer that dabbles in a little bit of everything. I hate how these things make you seem to be something and someone you're not and at the same time exemplify what you really are. Anything you want to know just ask me, I'm brutally honest, even if it makes me feel bad to be so.

I am sarcastic, geeky, and hilarious

I am working at Starbucks as a Barista, but I prefer to think of myself as a drug dealer: doling out hits of espresso to faithful acolytes of the Church of Caffeine. But I'm looking to move on and find bigger and better things, somewhere that I can focus on pastry or specializing. I need to find my niche somewhere and settle. I love the seven cities but I feel like it's time to get out of here before I can never leave.

Filling in conversations. I like to play pool though I'm not really any good. I like to swim but not in the ocean. I love making vast dinners for my friends and family and watching them enjoy it. I'm really good at listening and helping people out, just being there when they need me.

My eyes. I have to say they are the prettiest body part I have. Somewhere in color between honey, brandy, and whiskey. Very deep and full of passion and understanding. (Can you tell I read too many romance novels when I was younger?)

Really I don't know, to be honest it's probably that I'm not some skinny little waif like most of the girls on here.

I like Anthony Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential and Nasty Bits, Micheal Ruhlman's Making of a Chef, and Morimoto's Cookbook.

I'm currently not really watching anything religously on Television, but I like House, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares.

Music is pretty easy, I like everything but most rap I can't handle. I like rock, techno, house, and alternative the most, but I like to listen to classical when I'm cooking.

And I will try anything. I love chinese and thai food. I'm a big fan of French comfort foods and Southern "bible belt" cuisine and I make it my own with small twists of asian and california flair. I'm a Chef, I love food.

New recipes, what I'll do with my life, where I'll live and when/if I'll have a family. Recently it's been "Dear gods, when will all this exercising pay off and I'll start seeing the weight I've lost?"

Working or spending it alone, hoping to find someone to spend it with out at a club or watching a movie, or just hanging out and having fun. I have actually grown quite tired of the club scene so it's more than likely finding someone that wants to meet up and just hang out at IHOP or at the house and chill with a movie and maybe have a drink.

is that I watch Food Network like some people watch porn.

You want someone that doesn't play games, can name little tidbits of useless information, and wants to find someone to come home to and be held.
