Cosplaying - if you haven't cosplayed, try it! It's fun. I've cosplayed as Yakumo Tsukamoto (complete with stuffed cat!) and Naomi Misora.
Languages - how I love them, they are so cool!
I am bilingual, I am fluent in American and British English.
I'm really good at Spanish.
I know survival phrases in French, Russian, Italian, German, Japanese and Welsh, which I just learnt today.

Trivia. Science. Singing songs from memory after only a few listens. I have an eidetic memory, so I can memorise anything after looking at it for about five seconds. Detecting your evil Mary-Sues. Evil! I also am supposedly good at writing emo poetry, epic poems (epic epic poems? perhaps.) and deciphering impossible hard theoretical science ideas like string theory. And I've been told I'm good at analysing things. And I'm good at composing music. I'm not sure about many of these, though. Except the poetry, music and science.

People don't notice much. Things that have been noticed are as follows. In first grade, apparently my eye colour changed from blue to gray to green numerous times. People notice my accent changes constantly from General American to Estuary or more likely Cockney. People notice I use British English. They say I should be using American English. Then they ask if I'm from England. Even if they've known me for years. People don't notice much else. Some people say I'm like L or Mello (Mihael Keehl crossplayer and proud(ish) of it!) or Naomi Misora. Others just say I'm insane. Actually, forget the others, let's just say the entire universe (which reminds me of a song...)
