Hello and welcome!!

Will be spending a few weeks in NYC checking out big city life again!!

I will be uploading pics again but i'm on the beach so i'll do it later. The mixture of ones i had on here got taken down, i guess okcupid didn't like my surfing, snow boarding, sky diving, mountain biking and diving pics!!

I'm Dan originally from the UK and I love my life, I have a great family and an awesome group of mates. I'm lucky enough that my job takes me to some pretty amazing places and away from work I also love to travel. I grew up on the beach so I love the sun and sea and try to make sure I get my regular doses to keep me going through the year.

Sport is a major part of my life, I love all beach sports and can often be found surfing or playing beach volleyball. I'm just beginning to get into winter sports and having tried skiing am looking forward to trying snow boarding. Update, I love snow boarding!!

I freelance as an extreme sports photographer, that is when i'm not playing on snow, sea, sand or in the sky. It can be anything from hanging off a cliff taking pictures of cliff divers to sitting in mud having mountain bikers jump past or over me! More recently it has been a lot of underwater work with some dive schools, beach volleyball tournaments and kite surfing comps.

Life is all about having fun so send me a message to say hi, its the things in life that scare you that are often the most worthy experiences.

At the moment my life is a mixture of kite surfing, paddle boarding, beach volleyball, gym, sea swimming, diving and watching the sunset whilst sat on the beach. I'm just taking some time out and I've been sat on a beach in the Caribbean for the last two years. I love the diving here and have just got into kite surfing.

Don't be completely fooled i am still working out here but it is mainly under the water or at water sport events with the odd bit of tourist work.

So the reason i have a profile on here is because for some insane reason i am seriously thinking about moving back to London in the summer time and using it as my main base for the next few years. Crazy i know but it does make some sort of sense as i'll be closer to the European mountains and decent surf.

Having fun and getting paid for doing what i love. It use to be sport and now its photography.

I also have an amazing ability to sleep when traveling on trains, planes and cars only when i'm a passenger!!

That when i'm with friends we are having more fun then everybody else wherever we are.

I would guess its that i'm pretty tall and usually tanned and happy.

Food: I love my food and drink. I'm pretty healthy and love cooking from scratch and after living in America i just enjoy fresh food.

My next adventure, I want to explore: Cuba, Machu Picchu, Canadian Lakes and Mountains, Route 66, Maldives, Hawaii, Cape Town, Bali and Vietnam.

There isn't really a typical friday night in my life. It can be anything from clubs, festivals, camping, hotels anywhere in the world, eating out or just a film on the sofa.

Recently i've spent quite a few of my Friday nights at a local beach bar or on a boat. I'm loving that you can rock shorts and flip flops to clubs here!!
