My self-summary
I like to smile. I am terrible at baking....but that doesn't stop me from trying every now and then. I'm into social justice. I live for today, but enjoy wondering about tomorrow. I'm a hobbyist musician, writer, photographer. I listen to NPR on most days. I'm have a VERY random set of interests and knowledge that most people find quirky, but endearing. I love spicy, flavorful foods. I'm a member of both the Lincoln Park zoo and Shedd aquarium. And I can talk about tigers and turtles with equal fervor.
What I’m doing with my life
I enjoy being busy. I'm working as an ER doc just outside the city, and spending alot of free time working on various projects through my hospital. One of the great perks of being an ER doc is having a schedule flexible enough to allow me to travel for fun and allow me to discover Chicago's hidden secrets on idle Tuesdays. I read a fair bit, and enjoy the chance to play with as many things as I can.
I’m really good at
Sports. Singing in the shower. Spicing foods to make them taste great. Driving. Reciting useless facts about animals and nature. Problem-solving. Finding the comedy in pretty much anything. Adapting (handy for both my job and my travel bug). Seeing the world through a camera lens. Identifying a song on the radio within the fewest possible notes. Picking the best entree off the menu at a restaurant. Foosball.......it's uncanny.
