I am learning to be present and enjoy the simple things in life hopefully with the right company. I'm enjoy staying home with a good book, making dinner and pairing it with a good wine or watching a movie!! In the same right I'm down for catching a game, finding a "gem" of a bar, being active or traveling. Just trying to make the most out of this life we are given! I have been through many experiences that make me realize life is short to not try to find your happiness! I try to be upbeat because I realize how good I have it :)

I'm trying to not take life for granted and live each day like it's my last.

my job. I enjoy making a difference in each of my patients lives knowing that little by little I'm doing my part.

I'm also good at cooking.

Oh and communicating (listening and talking) guess goes along with my job ;)

I love reading books on my kindle/iPad. Just wish there was more time for that!

Movies: Love comedy, drama and sport themed movies!

TV: Office, It's always Sunny, Modern Family, Seinfeld, Workaholics, How I Met Your Mother, Weeds, and Homeland. I also love sports--basketball, football and baseball are favorites. While I do enjoy baseball that's a game I'd rather see live---honestly I think it's just knowing there will be crab fries :). Alright I'm lying, I do watch it at home but seriously what's better than a beer and crab fries ;)

Music: My iPod is random but I love it-you could find pop, rock, rap, jazz classical, and even country-- Some favorites include: Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, Matchbox 20, Coldplay, Dashboard, Daughtry . Stevie Wonder, Janet/Michael, Marvin Gaye, Whitney pre-bobby, Robin Thicke, Seal, Jay Z, Em, Nas, Mos Def, Tribe, Lauren Hill, Jill Scott, India Aire, Maxwell, Joe, and Luther, zac brown band, kenney chesney, darius rucker, sugarland, etc I love concerts!

I love to cook. My love began in grad school as a way to avoid studying for tests or writing those awful case studies.
I love sushi even though for the longest time I refused to try it. I love spicy food--bring on the heat. Thai, Mexican and you can't go wrong with a good slice of pizza.

2) Bikram yoga--I just started and am wondering why it took me so long to find it!!
3) journal
4) exercise--my injury took me out of the game for awhile--I forgot how much better I feel when I'm hitting the gym.
5) good food/wine
6) gps...i get lost a lot but that's not always a bad thing because it leads to some unexpected places.

The obvious: family, friends :)

unwinding with a good book, hanging out with friends, dancing, cooking, grabbing a drink, watching a movie or catching up on Tivo.
