My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm playful, and patient.

I make good food.

I think that impulses are interesting, and I value making memories over a guaranteed good time.

I'll take the long way home.

I want things to be better than they are.

I like to whisper. But like really whisper, so that no one else can hear.

I prefer to bike if I don't have to drive, and I like to walk if I'm not in a hurry.

I'm an actor and a filmmaker. As an actor, I'm pretty instinctual, and as a director, I tend to not shoot too many takes.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I sell computers. Although I work on the cutting edge, at home I might be more old-fashioned. I'd much prefer to talk on the phone than text you.

I go to Largo for comedy shows or rock shows.

I go to book signings at Skylight.

I'm taking pictures with Hipstamatic.

I sometimes get paid to be an actor, if you know how it is, you know how it is.

I'm making a hot lunch.

I'm recreationally riding my bike.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The twist.

Intuiting mechanical things.

Actually talking to people.

Reliving experiences through memory.

Werner Herzog impersonations.

Finding my way.
The first things people usually notice about me

Gotta be the shoes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I am currently reading French Perfume The last book I bought was The Complete Eightball. I like Vonnegut, Tom Perrotta, Douglas Coupland, Mary Roach, Jon Ronson, and Brett Easton Ellis. I like non-fiction, too. If forced to choose a favorite book, I'm gonna say Catch-22.

I like movies - movies made by Stanley Kubrick, Spike Lee, Woody Allen, Hal Hartley, and Hal Ashby - to name a select few. I might some day possess the entire Criterion Collection.

The last movie I watched was Terminator: Genisys. My favorite movie is Apocalypse Now, with Blade Runner in a close second.

I don't really care for sports, but some sports movies I really like.

Shows that I have watched include Twin Peaks, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Star Trek, and The X-Files.

The last album I bought was the entire Sonic Youth catalog. The last concert I attended was Susanna Hoffs at Largo.

I like to listen to Devo, Talking Heads, David Bowie, Jon Brion, Aimee Mann, Cannonball Adderly, The Smiths, Joy Division, New Order, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Fiona Apple, Pink Martini - the beat goes on...

I used to be a picky eater, and then I ate everything. I'm a vegetarian, now.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Glasses - I need these to see.

Functional clothing - I need these to keep my other pair of glasses squirreled away.

My car - I really like to drive and listen to music. I also need this to go to auditions.

Books - Because Books.

A guitar - I play.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

This Verizon ad that shows a young woman's parent's pushing her away from science and math so that at the end, she's putting on makeup in the reflection of the glass in front of the sign for the science fair breaks my heart. Brace yourself:
