I'm a 21 year-old, smart, fun-loving girl, who's just here to have fun. I like movies, and having a good time. Hot chocolate is my comfort food, and wandering around parks at night is my escape. I love walking at night and looking at the stars. I enjoy learning how to play new instruments and other forms of music. I love to talk and will talk about just about anything with just about anyone.

I'm addicted to Rock Band. My top instruments are drums and vocals. Gotta love my XBox 360. I hope to master the Halo games one day, but I know I'm a long way off.

I grew up with alot of guys and had alot of guy friends in high school, so I can handle my own with them. My favourite sports to play are volleyball and ultimate. I like watching hockey. I'm a Sens fan by default, but have the hots for Sidney Crosby, so I cheer for the Penguins by association. XD

I love music-based video games (such as Rock Band and DDR and Guitar Hero) and being silly and watching "Red vs Blue". I'm cool like that.

In the winter, I enjoy skating on the Canal and in the summer, I like lying in the sun and reading.

I love watching movies, whether it's in a theatre or at home. I don't watch alot of TV when it's actually on, but I'm currently following The Office, House and Bones.

I can sometimes come off as shy at first, but once you get me going, there's no stopping me! XD

My ideal night involves staying in, watching movies and playing board games. I'm wicked competitive. Are you game? =)

I'm currently going to university and trying to figure things out.

I also work part-time in order to maintain the lifestyle in which I’ve become accustomed to, and it’s pretty chill. Yeah, that’s right: I actually ENJOY my part-time, minimum wage, slave to the system job. For the most part. It’s got its moments lolz.

Being what I'm not. If I need to impress someone, or fit into a certain scene, or blend in, I can do so with no problems. I tend not to put this into effect too often, because I can't be bothered to, nor do I like to deceive people, but it comes in handy for short-term social encounters, job interviews and lolz.

I suppose this all stems from my over-active imagination and my love for make-believe and acting. =)

My hair. Apparently it's "distracting". It's not exactly a conventional colour. XDDD

Just about anything. Mostly punk/rock/alternative though. If I had to name bands, I suppose we can go with Anberlin, Atreyu and Avenged Sevenfold as examples.

PASTA!!! AND CHICKEN! Also, I prefer SIMPLE foods. I'd much rather go out to an affordable, family-type restaurant like Boston Pizza or East Side Mario's than to a fancy restaurant.

1) The Sun
• I’m seriously convinced that I must be part plant or something. I thrive in the sun. There’s nothing I love more than just lying in the sun and reading or sleeping. I don’t burn EVER, so the sun and I are pretty much BFFs.

2) My journal
• I think about everything all the time, and if I were to keep it all inside my head, I’m pretty sure my brain would implode on itself. I would probably go insane. So, I like being able to jot down my thoughts and observations about life and such. As an added bonus, I’m never without pen or paper, two things which are always handy in an emergency. =)

3) My friends
• I love my friends. They help keep me sane. I’m pretty jaded when it comes to the whole dating scene and the whole “one true love” and idea of marriage, but if all else fails, I know that I’ll always have my friends. And that’s good enough for me. =)

4) My bus pass
• Have bus pass, will travel. Seriously. That little baby is my ticket to freedom. I can get around just about anywhere in Ottawa with it. Plus, inside my bus pass holder is my library card, my ID, my debit card, cash… as long as that thing is in my pocket, I don’t need anything else to survive.

5) My iPod
• I AM NEVER EVER EVER WITHOUT MY IPOD. Seriously. I love that thing. I have to have music on me at all times. I can’t stand silence. It permits me to think way too much, and me + thinking = dangerous. My iPod keeps me safe and sane in my own little bubble where I can shut out the big bad world when I need to.

6) My cell phone
• Mostly because it functions as my watch, but it’s nice to know that in an emergency, I can always call for help. =) PLUS I’M ADDICTED TO TEXTING. THERE, I ADMITTED IT, OK? XDDD

Everything. I think entirely way too much.

In the winter, not gonna lie, I'm pretty much a hermit. I like staying indoors, being cozy and watching movies and shit.

In the summer, I'm more likely to be out and about. =)
