My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Geeky, slightly dorky, often hilarious. I would say I'm more pansexual than bisexual, since it's more about the person than the bits between their legs. I'm a bit on the short side (but not too short), chubby, opinionated (sometimes to a fault), kind of alternative (though not in a hipster way), feminine (though not girly) and apparently use parenthesis way too much.

Bold, spicy, may cause heart-burn kind of person. I'm incredibility stubborn. I'm dog person with two cats, i love drunken adventures, davis square (someville, ma - hoping to fine the PVD equivalent), dark wood pubs, alton brown (who I meet in REAL LIFE - I touched his hand and melted away), cooking new recipes, good bourbon, board games (or Cards Against Humanity), the rain, late night conversations, winter, and making lists.

I am often snarky, sarcastically witty, and unusually confident.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
While I've worked many different creative(ish) jobs, I tend to find I'm most happy glued to the screen of a mac, working in cs5, with NPR on in the background and a big ass cup of caffeine (I like tea as much as coffee) at my side. Also, it helps with maintaining my pale complexion (not going out into day light is more difficult than it sounds).

Currently, I'm working....creatively....sort of....ask me in person. Also doing some personal projects on the side.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

I'll try anything twice (sometime 3 times - the stubborn thing again).
Cooking (really, I make just about a mean everything).
listening (......sorry, did you just say something??).
Using parentheses.
Staying out past my bedtime.
Drinking (really. ask my friends).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I could write something douchy like "you tell me? *Wink*

But really, that's not my style. And it's probably my tits.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Hmm, where to begin? I'm into NPR, podcasts (I have a huge crush Dan Savage - I'm GGG), liberal politics, discussing religion, modern art, what's the best game show in tv today, ect.

Books: Good Omens (or most things from Neil Gaimen), World War Z, Omnivores Dilemma, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Possible Side Effects, 1984, Where the Sidewalk Ends, The Wordy Shipmates, anything David Sedaris, Devil in the White City.

Movies: Religulous, Sex Drive, This is England, Best in Show, Gremlins (especially the sequel), Secretary, X-Men, the Hangover, Weeds, This Film is Not Yet Rated, Trainspotting, Pacific Rim, 30 Rock, Archer, Supernatural (<3 Dean & Sam).

Music: Lots of different stuff that changes frequently. Most recently Santogold, Adele, Crash Kings.

Food: I LOVE food. Seriously! Cooking. Eating. Trying new restaurants. My favorites are strong flavored food - spicy, salty, vinegary (i love most things pickled), dark chocolate, stinky cheese, anything with bacon.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Laughter (no explanation needed).
Good beer (Ommegang, Brasserie Dupont, Unibroue)
Seasons (especially winter).
Cheese (especially the good stinky, feety stuff).
Socks (my feet are always cold).
Batteries (take it as you will).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
what I'm going to do next.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
This is such a terrible question. It really varies from week to week. This past Friday was relaxing at home with some beers and a friend. But that could easy change to dinner out, a live show, neighborhood pub, road trip to NH to visit my girlfriend, Netflix in, or pretty much anything else.

I know to go to new places: The Friday Night To-Do list includes getting to know PVD - on the list is Grad Center Bar, Cable Car Cinema, Flan Y Ajo. Local folks - any suggestions?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's not private, but worth saying that I'm polyamorous in an on-going open relationship with veritasj. He's my primary partner. I also have a girlfriend I've been seeing for a while. Everyone is on the up and up though - they all know one another. BUT if the fact that I sleep with multiple folks bothers you, we're probably not going to be a good fit. I consider myself an ethical slut.

Also I'm slightly crazy - but in a fun, eccentric, mildly ocd, keep you on your toes sort of way - as opposed to chemically unbalanced.

Also I curse like a sailor in real life. It's a fucking bad habit.

Note: Vanilla is not my favorite flavor (an this isn't the only website where I have a profile).
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you managed to read all of the above. THINK before you write. Please don't send me just a "Hey. What's up?" Or variation there of - Not to be bitchy, but I won't respond to anytime with zero effort.

Right now, I'd love to meet people who are looking to date, start a casual relationship and see how it goes from there. Those who identify as or are curious about poly/non-traditional relationships or are extremely open-minded get bonus points!!

Independent, adventurous, good with conversation, know how to use a semicolon, and are funny - again the laughter thing. Someone to confide in, bounce ideas off of, have late night conversations about art, science, religion, politics, music, sex....really anything over a bottle a wine (or a 6 pack) and some good food.

You want to meet up in real life. I like the internet as much as the next girl but I'm not looking for a pen-pal.
