My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
TL;DR I'm allergic to cats.

The most important, life-and-death detail to know about me is that I am extremely allergic to cats. Not EpiPen level though.

Anyway, I just moved back to the Bay Area from Manhattan where I lived for two years. The snow really wasn't that bad. Just don't wear flip-flops when it's cold.

Before NY, I grew up in Oakland where I did not learn how to write proper English until high school. Then I spent six years on the Peninsula where I went to college and two years in SF where I worked in the healthcare industry.

One of my goals for 2015 is to learn how to swim. Or float. Or just not die in the water. I haven't made much progress.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
TL;DR I work at a non-tech company!

At this moment? I'm trying to find out when is the best time to visit Spain again. The euro is weak and there are a lot of awesome restaurants in San Sebastián.

I used to be a biologist and a healthcare banker. Then I joined a global conglomerate and spent a lot of time in Paris a lot for work. I missed seeing Tina Fey at my previous company's holiday parties.

Now, I work in M&A at a biotech company that develops an oncology drug.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
finding newly opened restaurants in SF and eating at them before the NYT raves about them (Exhibit A: State Bird Provisions).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is how much I eat and how frequently I get hungry.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Korean fried chicken
2. my cheap Warby Parker glasses
3. my huge family (five siblings; nine nieces and nephews)
5. the scientific method

You should ask me about #4 and #6 on our first date.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
my career and what it means to have a fulfilling one.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
playing Settlers of Catan with friends and losing because I get really competitive and no one wants to trade any resources with me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is that I recently deleted Grindr and Jack'd. I've already done the whole being-single-in-big-cities thing. It was fun but it got boring quite quickly.
