Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a good guy with a nice sense of humor and a desire for depth
and meaning. I am addicted to watching smart and incisive comedy -
even when it seems lowbrow.
One of my biggest inspirations is live music by passionate
performers - Eddie Vedder and Bruce are great examples.
Other inspirations are Yellowstone, the Tetons, the Great Ocean
Road in Australia, and the volcanoes of Guatemala and Hawaii.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Exploring new ideas - am fascinated with evolutionary studies and
the ways our evolutionary extincts are at work in our lives.
Working. Not being sneaky, but my job has a stereotypical
perception that I don't feel like being stereotyped as. Just ask
me, and I'll tell you.
Parenting boy/girl fifteen year-old old twins - they are really
sweet and light me up every day. I have an easy-going custody
arrangement, and they are with me half the time.
Listening to the Clash, reading about Joe Strummer, still mourning
Trying to find time to read a backlog of New Yorkers and Rolling
Stones - now it happens on the NextIssue app.
Getting ready for Sleater-Kinney concert at Tabernacle in April and
the perfect date who gets what that means.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing. Except this crap I'm sure!
Speaking in front of large groups of people.
Perceiving the needs of those around me.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A strong chin, thick hair and a quietness that rewards those who
wait for what lies beneath. I have a quick sense of humor, but have
no interest in competing with the loudest and most aggressive
conversation dominators in any given group.

Twain's in Decatur or the Grove in Toco Hills.
Of course some nights are being forced to watch Dance Mom's or Food
Network while figuring out teenage kids.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I kind of have a fixation on the American Buffalo - or Bison. Love
them and what they represent.
Guess that's not private. If by private you mean embarrassing - I
might watch professional wrestling.
