I am brand new to St. Louis. I have spent my entire life living in southwestern Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh to be exact) - and I moved here due to a job promotion. Where do I work? Well a lot of you have pictures on your profiles from my 'office'. It's fun but a lot of work and not as glamorous as it looks.

I'm very excited to be somewhere new - but at the same time it's weird to not know anyone besides my co-workers who are all married with kids.

I don't know what I really want - but I'm definitely tired of the bar scene. It's been pretty hard meeting people...not sure if it's due to the winter season, to people just not wanting to talk to one another or my crazy travel/work schedule...who knows, but I would like to find a partner in crime.
I'm a pretty funny chick, love to laugh and just enjoy what life is throwing my way. I want someone to explore the city with me, and show me some cool things STL has to offer.

I'm trying to get settled here. Work is going to be busier than ever soon, so I would really like to find that separation between work and play.

I don't really feel like listing out my favorites but here's a smattering of things that make me, me.

Music: Not going to lie - I have some of the worst taste in music. I love cheesy love songs / dance pop tunes / singer-songwriters, etc. I love all type of music and will listen to anything - it's just I gravitate to those more than others.

TV: I just got cable after 4 years of not having it - and I have to admit that I have been watching a lot of HGTV and the Food Network. I do love Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Parenthood and Gossip Girl (my guilty pleasure).

Food - I hate seafood and you're not going to change my mind. I eat animals, so if that offends you, I'm sorry - but they should stop being so tasty. My beer tastes have evolved over the past few months - and I'm digging a lot of local brews and IPA's. I'm also in love with burritos.

Movies: I love going to the movies. Sometimes there's nothing better than losing yourself for 2 hours in a great story. My netflix queue is very random.

It depends on the Friday...if I have a show, then you'll find me working. But if I have off - I like to go to the movies, bars, restaurants, etc with my friends. Although I have to admit, if it's been a tough week at work - there's nothing better than throwing on some comfy pants and just chilling in for the evening.

I have a girl crush on Sara Bareilles.

You like having fun, and don't mind going out on a Tuesday night and accidentally end up staying out until closing time.
