I am sassy, sarcastic, and have legs for days.
My Self-Summary
I would spend an hour every day browsing in a bookstore if I could.
My fingers are always cold ("cold hands, warm heart"). I moved here
from AZ about three years ago. I consider myself a dog person, but
don't currently have one. It's fun finding shows (concerts and
theater)- so many opportunities in this city! I have a tent and am
slowly gathering up more gear and skills in anticipation of the
future Camping Expert Self. If I must choose a beer, it's gotta to
be an amber. I like taking long walks and hikes, and plan to build
up to long runs. Every so often, I sleep in and spend part of a day
reading, usually when it's cold and rainy out. I employ sarcasm as
a means of both humor and defense ;-) I love coffee, chocolate, and
Salt and Pepper Kettle Chips- but maybe not all at the same time. I
recently became infatuated with Rock Band; my name is Lotta Leggz
and usually I am the lead singer (though I am a big wuss re: large
crowds like karaoke). I enjoy watching the Blazers (either live or
in person) regularly, and have been known to get caught up in a
game of football or baseball. If I had any money whatsoever (ha!),
I would travel the world, starting with Macchu Picchu. Scrabble,
word games, and sudoku relax me, but I can't say I'm all that good
at them. :)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm trying to figure out how one person could conceivably save the
world, particularly in regards to children (ha). I have been a
teacher, and then worked in bookstores (got sidetracked), and now
work part time for a mentoring non-profit organization. I am
attending a grad school program for school counseling.
I’m really good at
sarcastic remarks. listening. writing. working with children.
making pasta. taking odd pictures. sticking my tongue out. planning
parties. attempting crafty projects. remembering names and small
details. finding obscure new bands/ concerts. using ellipses...
The first things people usually notice about me
my height. my smile. my sense of humor. my strawberry-blond
hair.
My friend Steven added this: "I have a warm demeanor that puts
people at ease fairly quickly"

The six things I could never do without
in no particular order:
* family and friends
* teasing and laughter
* kissing
*
books
*
music
* writing
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how to get through grad school, music/ upcoming shows, what I'll
eat for my next meal, the kids I work with, my next trip (when I
have money), my sweet new bike, practical jokes I could play on
co-workers
On a typical Friday night I am
...sitting at home/ happy hour relaxing after a long week of work,
and planning for the rest of my busy weekend. There's usually
alcohol involved. Or, lately, studying for classes- I know, not
very exciting, huh?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I love to speed. I used to get caught all the time in AZ, but I've
learned my lesson. I am currently trying to find less costly ways
to re-live the experience...
You should message me if
I'm looking for someone who is:
* employed, single and straight.
* would be open to a monogamous and committed relationship at some
point- preferably with me ;-)
* witty and sarcastic (and can take the same).
* you are interested in/ okay with dating a girl who is 6'0"
tall.
* you eat meat and/or can tolerate a meat-eater.
* you are passionate about some activity (ie-camping) and still
willing to teach me... even if I am clueless.
and the added bonus :)
* in possession of a great smile, facial hair, and/or nice
arms.
* you like to read for enjoyment, even just a little bit.
* oooh, can you have a motorcycle? (ok, now I'm just asking for too
much, aren't I?)
