My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I was majoring in clinical psychology and have certificates in Clinical Mental Health Care and Addiction Counseling. I think I'm going to switch my major to nutrition science because I've grown to love the science of food/digestion/metabolism. Grad school might be ideal.

I work in the finance/real estate/auto industries.

I co-founded Occupy D.C. and spent two months living homeless in McPherson Square being a political activist. Definitely one of my finer life experiences.

I try to enjoy every day. I generally take things fairly easy. I need time to cook/eat out, play video games, and rap.

I can certainly respect someone who totally knows what they're "doing with their life", but at the same time it seems boring. I'm still relatively young.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Rapping
- Cooking
- Communicating
- Games

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - I've got a bunch of books about Buddhist philosophy I've been working my way through. I grew up reading fantasy but over the past few years I mostly enjoy reading anything non-fiction - a lot of research publication journals, news articles, and books about science.

Movies - I'm about as far from a movie buff as a person can get. I can definitely enjoy a movie with the right person. Over the years I've acquired a little collection of hand-to-hand combat movies, old-school/low-budget horror/gore movies, and stand-up comedy (I love stand-up)

Shows - I haven't had cable television for awhile. I grew up watching the food network; I love cooking/artisan/educational stuff. Recently I was obsessed with "Scare Tactics" for like a week and downloaded all the seasons.

Music - Hip-Hop is definitely a huge passion of mine. Back in high school I listened to a ton of metal/post-hardcore/grindcore/deathcore music but not so much anymore. I just re-discovered Pandora like last week and have been playing the "Smooth Jazz", "Trap" and "Chill Out" I guess I'm expanding from the 'hip-hop only' mindset I've had for the past 7 or so years.

Food - I love all of it, seriously, except sushi. It seems like every year I try to like sushi but there's just something about the fishy/seaweed taste of authentic sushi that I can't dig.
