Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a recent engineering grad working at a totally-not engineering
job. I live and work downtown.
I'm a pretty simple guy. During the week, I work hard and then hit
the gym after work. It is my "me" time to unwind and blow off some
steam... keeps me sane and feeling fresh. On weekends, I enjoy
going out with friends, playing sports, or just relaxing and gaming
with my buddies. I absolutely love living in the city and
discovering new restaurants, bars, or just cool places to hangout.
I'm always up for trying and learning new things.
I don't take things too seriously. I'm probably the most blunt and
direct person you'll meet. If I wanted to say something, I will say
Other than that, I'm just enjoying life as it comes =)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm pretty career driven, so I'm currently working while studying
towards my CFA. This makes my life quite busy and sometimes it
becomes hard to balance my social life with work.
Aside from that, I'm a big fan of working out and healthy living. I
watch what I eat to supplement my workouts (at least when I cook
for myself). I love cooking, so I always look for ways to improve
my culinary skills. I've recently graduated from ramen to KD. It
only took me like... a few months!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Languages. I'm pretty proud to say that I can speak 3 languages
(English, Japanese, Chinese) without much accent.
oh, and you know... math lol
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty opinionated and people tell me I come off a little
strong when I first meet them. So if you ever feel that way... it's

I'm not a big book buff but I love to read documentary books...
somehow I find real life events to be more intriguing than fiction.
Recently, I've really enjoyed Too Big To Fail.
Oldboy is definitely up there as one of my favorite films. I'd
definitely recommend it if you haven't seen it. I do warn you
though... it may mess with your head a bit. Shawshank Redemption is
one of my classic favorites... I'm not ashamed to admit I tear up
at the beach scene at the end lol. American Psycho is another
classic that I can basically quote entirely. Recent movies that
come to mind are Margin Call, Lord of War... oh and of course, Wall
Street (well, not so recent).
The type of music I enjoy is highly dependent on my mood. I'm
absolutely in love with Nujabes. He's a Japanese DJ who actually
died a few years ago but the tunes he made were just really chill.
In fact, anyone who has not heard his stuff should hear this:
If I feel like some party music I will tune to remixes like Madeon,
Girl Talk, Hood Internet, some good top 40s and lately, Childish
Gambino. I was also in a Pink Floyd trance for 6 months straight
once... that was great. So I guess I listen to just about
I love all food but if I had to stick to one for the rest of my
life... it'd have to be Japanese. This is mostly because I grew up
