I am originally from the east coast and moved to San Francisco
fourteen years ago. Something about the colors of the houses, the
width of the sky, and the way you can turn a random corner and
suddenly be presented with this incredible view.
I currently have a pretty normal office job, but in the past I’ve
been a residential supervisor at a school for rich ne’er-do-wells,
and sportswriter with an expertise in horse racing.
On the weekends, I might drive down to Moss Beach and splash around
in the tidepools, or ride my motorcycle up to Bolinas, or babysit
my friend’s 6 year old daughter. Sometimes I stay home and read.
Sometimes I volunteer. Sometimes I shop at odd food stores and then
go home to figure out what to make with it all.
