I am currently married, but in the process of getting a divorce. I found someone on here (Improvisar) that I will officially be dating once the paperwork is officially filed. In my friends, I look for people who are not judgmental. I am not judgmental, so I expect the same.

Lest anyone try to say they have been misled...I gained weight after something traumatic. I just wanted to be invisible and not wanted by anyone. I felt that would "protect" me. I was wrong. It made me miserable. I am losing now and all I ask is that I be accepted as I am. I am a work in progress, but at least I am progressing!

I love to sing and walk in the rain. When I am hurting or upset I want to be near the water, it makes me feel better. Because I am so pale, the sun and I don't really get along so well, so I like to do a lot of stuff at night. Yes, I know...that is what sunscreen is for! I will use sunscreen ...well high SPF block...when necessary. I really do prefer the beach and such at night though, it has a much more peaceful feeling to me.

I love animals and children. My hot topic issues would have to be abuse (child, domestic, sexual, mental, etc...all forms), rape, intolerance.

I hate clothes shopping but love kitchen stores and computer/electronics stores. I have greatly varied interests. I love to snuggle and cuddle. I am very touchy-feely. I like to spoil people I care about, even if it's only small gestures like a note on their pillow or in a pocket.

Religion is kinda odd for me at this point in my life. I believe in God. I was raised southern baptist. I haven't found a church locally I feel comfortable in.

I am currently working in a call center doing technical support.

Cooking, computers (I built my own), puzzles, massages. I am good at being there for people. I am protective of my friends and it really takes a lot for me to cut someone out of my life.

My eyes...pretty much always the eyes.

Books: I am a voracious reader. I love thrillers, scifi, fantasy, some non-fiction, crime novels.

Movies: I am behind on movies. I don't wanna go alone. I love horror movies, action, super hero, drama, on occasion a chick flick. Rocky Horror Picture Show is a favorite too.

TV: CSI, Law & Order, NCIS, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, Leverage, Firefly (when it was on), Red Dwarf, Good Eats, Forensic Files, Myth Busters, Time Warp, Big Bang Theory. Alot of crime/forensic shows basically. I don't really watch a lot of tv, but when I do those are the type of shows I gravitate to.

I also have recently started getting into some Anime and Manga. Primarily Naruto Shippuden and Bleach.

Music: From Phantom of the Opera to Panic At the Disco and just about everything in between. Although I am not big on rap.

Food: I don't like seafood, but I love Chinese/Japanese/Thai cuisine as well as Jamaican, Mexican and Italian. Add in a good dose of southern cooking, although I try to avoid eating much fried.

I love a good cup of hot tea... Jasmine and Earl Grey are my 2 current favorites. I like coffee with cream (or even skim milk) and sugar and I love iced coffee.
