I hate the idea of soul mates, because relationships take work, compromise, and dedication, all three of which can be very rewarding when spent on the right person(or people if that's what you're into, though I am not) so long as they give back as much as they take.

On a SOMEWHAT related note (seeing as this was going through my head as a typed the previous sentence), will the grammar police ever accept that 'they' has become a useful genderless pronoun in the singular? I mean, for brevity's sake, how awkward is it to say "he or she" when people will just as easily understand "they?" Oh well I guess I'll have to accept that language is alive.

I guess this doesn't really function as a self-summary, but I prefer stream of consciousness over anything that actually makes a point.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I will be back someday. Until then, I'll be listening to "An Eluardian Instance" and looking at those nude pics of Kevin Barnes on Pitchfork. Yay!

I have to graduate summer of 2009 (almost a year early). It's not really an option anymore. I then need to find a job with benefits, and try my damnedest NOT to be one of those people who never goes back to school. I'm planning to go to law school, after which I will save the world.
