My Self-Summary

Hi, I'm Stu. I'm not quite sure what to write here yet, so for now I'll just say I'm a fairly nice person.

What I’m doing with my life

1. Working for a bank (sorry for the whole "economic downturn thing)
2. Studying (banking exams ...... as dull as it sounds)
3. Going to the gym a lot (a turn up for the books, as I used to be allergic to exercise)
4. Watching The Wire/Skins/a film, playing Xbox, or listening to music.

I’m really good at

Writing dating site profiles. OK, maybe not. But give me a shot anyway.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

My favourite music, in no particular order, would include Arcade Fire, White Stripes, Flaming Lips, Bright Eyes, The Hold Steady, Nirvana, Ryan Adams and The National.

Favourite new band are Fleet Foxes, who I'm listening to as I type.

I tend to read thrillers these days. I blame my Xbox melting my brain. But my favourite books are The Time Traveller's Wife, Life of Pi, Cloud Atlas, LOTR, Catch 22, most things by Irvine Welsh, anything by Cormac McCarthy. The Road was the most recent great book I've read. Currently reading Child 44 by Tom Rob Smith.

The six things I could never do without

My friends and family, of course, my iPod on the bus, the gym, white chocolate, porridge, a lie in on Sundays.

You should message me if

You think you could put up with me :-)
