My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Me in a box on the internet. I have no clue how other guys fill this out, but you're here, you're reading, you're dazzled by my stunning spelling and punctuation skills. So let's get down to it.

I have, without a doubt, a sarcastic sense of humor and 10/10 people would write that down in a survey about me. I have far more song lyrics memorized than even I realize sometimes. Seriously, how in the world do some of these songs get written into my brain? I've done a couple of triathlons. You're pretty much always going to find me in good shape, though I have more than a few lazy days. My job lets me travel a few times a year and I enjoy getting out of the area quite a bit. I write my own music and, to my great embarrassment, occasionally get my own songs stuck in my head.

I have several nerdy tendencies. Should you peruse my photos, you will perchance note that I do love me some Doctor Who. I like good whiskey and good beer. I like video games (hardly a surprising admission). My fridge almost always has a good craft brew of some sort in it. I dance enthusiastically at weddings when the opportunity presents itself. Should we get to know each other, there will inevitably come a time where I say something that you will have zero idea where it came from.

Ok, time to end this before it rambles on into a sprawling mess.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it? I've always thought that this question was far too large and general. Too many people struggle with finding elusive meaning in life. I just try to find what makes me happy. There's enough meaning to be found in that.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
This space just feels too much like bragging. But I once wrestled 3 bears and knocked out an elephant with nothing but my face. True story?
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I laugh easily and don't take things that seriously that don't need to be. Besides that, you'd have to tell me. I've never met myself for the first time before.

Ok, so I like a lot. We'll try to keep things under control here, but I make no promises, oh one that is reading this right now.

Books: To condense a little, pretty much anything by Brandon Sanderson and Patrick Rothfuss, The Warded Man, The Golden Compass trilogy, Sword of Truth series, Wheel of Time, The Lost Fleet series, The Dresden Files, Worm and Pact (two web serials), Ender's Game, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality, A Song of Ice and Fire, Promise of Blood, The Thousand Names, Lamb, Watchmen, The Codex Alera, ok yes, I read a lot.

Movies: Marvel movies, Die Hard, The Princess Bride, Ghostbusters, Star Wars (the originals), Serenity, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, Most comic book movies, Dredd, V for Vendetta, Fight Club, Inception, Primer, The Man From Earth, Sunshine, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Stargate, Talladega Nights, Step Brothers, Anchorman, Open Range, Fifth Element, Mallrats, Clerks II, The Matrix, Somewhere In TIme, Lord of the Rings

TV: Firefly, Farscape, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, Arrow, The Flash, Agents of Shield, Buffy, Angel, Bones, Doctor Who, True Detective, Game of Thrones, Boy Meets World, Last Week Tonight, The Wire, How I Met Your Mother, Arrested Development, Community, Stargate SG-1, Battlestar Galactica, Macgyver, John Doe, Dead Like Me

Music: This can be just all over the place, as I'll listen to pop stuff I shall never admit to :P, Sick Puppies, Seether, Gotye, Florence + The Machine, Default, Thornley, Nonono, The Urge, Starbomb, Incubus, Gin Blossoms, Counting Crows, I'm sure there's lots more.

Food: Steak, sushi, pizza, mexican (And lots more, but honestly I could live on alternating sushi and Chipotle ad infinitum and feel fairly content)

At this point, either your eyes have sparked with awesome things that you like also, or your eyes have glazed over. And glazing is only good on doughnuts.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Smart phone
Good friends/family
Playing Music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How many people noticed that I listed seven things instead of six up above.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Please insert a cliché about going out or staying in here. And send me a message with your proposal.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I get songs stuck in my head for days at a time. Also, small confession? That's not really my tricycle in one of my photos.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Fairly intelligent and easy going. I poke fun at too many random things for anyone too uptight. Also, be forewarned, if I like you in a couple messages, I'm going to ask you out to meet in real life. As nice as this place is, I feel like very little is a good substitute for seeing if there's chemistry out in the real world.
