My self-summary
If I am out of your age range listed, then email me so we can talk... I cant email you...

I've lived on the north and south of both coasts, but i'm so so happy to be back here, where I grew up. i'm really excited to meet some new people and see what happens! I have some old friends in town from High School, but i'd love to meet some new people to help me try new things, and really inspire me. I love travel and am passionate about amazing experiences and spectacular events. I've seen the Dalai Lama, Pope JPII(i'm Jewish, don't worry), and Jerry Garcia in person. i've driven 150k miles in three years and been to maybe 22 countries and 35 states in the past two years. However, that is not to say that I will not be here, in Philadelphia for the time being. I am looking forward to hopefully mellowing out and enjoying living here in town for a while!

I am adventurous, capable, and passionate
What I’m doing with my life
i'm thinking of learning to sail and learning how to repair boats. once i figure those two things out i'm going to sail around the world.
I’m really good at
hitting my head on things. when i am traveling i usually hit my head on low doorways or ceiling at least once or twice a day.... this also results in another thing i'm really good at,
being laughed at.
The first things people usually notice about me
either that i have curly hair, i'm tall, or that i wear glasses.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
books i've read this year:born standing up(steve martin,) the stranger(camus), Dewey, the small town library cat who touched the world, the illuminatus trilogy!, adrift(callahan), the dharma bums(kerouac), 2012, the brotherhood of eternal love, the undiscovered self(jung), king solomon's mines, 1984(orwell), freakonomics(levitt), marching powder, the dirt(motley crue),still life with woodpecker, jitterbug perfume(robbins),the rum diary(thompson), the alchemist(coelho),a short history of nearly everything(bryson),siddhartha(hesse, for the 5th time), annapurna(herzog), the sheltering sky(bowles),the geography of bliss(weiner),my quest for the yeti(messner), and a few others

movies: anything kubrick, Joe Vs. the Volcano, eating raoul, true stories

classic rock, hip hop, reggae, jazz, techno, dancehall, ask me about specific bands, i've probably seen more shows than 99.9% of the people on here.

i love all kinds of food!
anything spicy
mexican,
sushi,
thai,
chinese,
indian,
or anything really (especially if it is from a street vendor in a foreign country with no tourists in sight!)
The six things I could never do without
1. a way to travel(car, boat, plane, bicycle, etc)
2.good food
3.isn't it obvious?
4.shoes(whatever you do, take care of your ____ !)....
5.Art(music, visual, language, anything that pushes the boundaries of everyday perception)
6.isn't it obvious?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
my next adventure. cameras, concerts, my future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either out with friends drinking at a fun Philly bar, on a roadtrip at some random event, or just chilling and drinking a diet coke, watching tv, and surfing the net.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm really not sure if my eyes are green, brown or grey.
You should message me if
you're fun loving, open minded and easy going!
