Summing Up: Real food...from the garden...frozen or fresh, exercise, fresh air, nature, health, water, art, music, home, affection and some travel are priorities.
Continued commitment to healthy lifestyle, giving priority time for each other, taking time to share feelings and empathy daily...keeping short accounts by not going to bed until a conflict is resolved is Very Important to me and my partner.

I volunteer giving back to the community, have downsized and lead an uncomplicated life, divorced several years. I am retired, savor walking a nature trail of well over a mile on a coastal Island or quiet and woodsy trail, do stretch exercises daily to stay in very good health.
I'm also comfortable doing activities on the coast, at a beach or in the foothills of western Maine etc.
Friends have said I am kind, down to earth, thoughtful, passionate affectionate, resilient, have excellent hygiene. I am somewhat reflective, have a sensitive nature with caring concern for others practical needs and well being.
I like listening to most music: Instrumental & Upbeat Classical, Oldies, Blues, Standards, Some Country, Folk, Seasonal, Romantic Piano.
My place is small, cozy.... shoes off....so dirt's out. I like relaxing, sharing hospitality, dining, music, reading, dancing close & romance with a companionable woman friend. We are not clones... similar and unique.

My food focus is real food: Fruit & vegs first, low fat dairy products, poultry and fish; also called the DASH diet. I sometimes enjoy Chinese, Italian, Thai & Healthy more Traditional American foods.
