My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Simple times and peaceful moments feed my soul. I’m a professional who works hard, but also values the importance of balance in my life.

I enjoy a lot of sports, and have to hold back some of my competitive tendencies. As a result, I have recently started attending a yoga class, but struggling with getting comfortable with the om at the end of class. I think it should quiet my mind, but instead I am thinking how long I should continue oming. ;)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living. Laughing. Smiling.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
watching people and seeing how they react to situations. I have to say that I am often pleasantly surprised at the "goodness" most people exhibit when given the chance. It always warms my heart to see wonderful little moments.
The first things people usually notice about me

is my smile, thank you to my orthodontist. However, since I neglected to wear my retainer, I had the opportunity to wear braces a second time. Don't get me started on my headgear stories, did anyone else ever have to try and sleep with headgear? Or get your hair caught on the side of the headgear (lol), what a mess.

Books: I always have a stack of books, and recently working on the novel, "You should have known", which so far is a good mystery.

Food: My new focus is working on clean eating, and the biggest challenge is giving up wine. I am not sure that is possible, as wine compliments meals in so many delicious ways.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
kisses that make me forget where I am, great friends, luscious Bordeaux, my cute Lab, a beautiful evening outside
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
and understanding what life experiences contributed to a person's character.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
enjoying either a good glass of wine, or hitting the gym. It is always a balancing act between the two extremes.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is so much more fun to discuss in person.
