Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Native New Yorker who moved to Boston ten years ago for school and
never looked back. I studied Sociology, but now work in tech. I
work hard, and value honesty and loyalty. I like people-watching,
sandwiches, and steak. Not huge on sports, but I can at least
I have a few piercings left over from my more rebellious younger
years (double helix in one ear, industrial in the other; used to
also have 2 in one eyebrow, a rook, and a lip ring), but I've been
moving more towards tattoos (some letters on one leg, and a pretty
sizable rocket ship on the other, with more to come).
I'm big into computers/technology in general (side effect of my
job, or reason for it?) and fixing things. I like to think I'm
pretty handy, and can't wait to buy a house so that I can fix ALL
the things, but in the meantime, I guess I'll settle for fixing
things around my apartment.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I spend my days helping to run the IT helpdesk for a local online
retailer. When I'm not at work, I like going on adventures with my
friends or just hanging out at the apartment playing board games or
video games with my roommates.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well, not to brag, but I can make minute rice in only 57 seconds.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
My favorite books are High Fidelity and Ender's Game. I'm currently
working my way through the fifth Game of Thrones book.
Some of my favorite bands include Brand New, The Used, Coheed and
Cambria, Deathcab, and the Decemberists. I like rock, pop-punk, and
90s music in general, and have no problem admitting that I can
occasionally be found listening to Ariana Grande or Taylor Swift. I
really hate Bono.
I like to cook and have a few things I make really well (mostly
pretty simple things like roast beef, roasted chicken, baked ziti,
and grilled cheese), but if I'm eating alone it's usually easier to
just get take-out.
Game of Thrones, Modern Family, and Law and Order: SVU are my
favorite TV shows. My roommates have also gotten me into Ink
Master, Bar Rescue, and Cutthroat Kitchen. We DVR Jeopardy and
watch it every night.
I watch a lot of movies (I've watched about 2/5 of IMDB's Top 250).
My top 5 favorite movies are High Fidelity, Donnie Darko, A
Beautiful Mind, Shawshank Redemption, and... well, I'm not sure
what the last one is offhand. What do you think?

you want to get together. I'm ideally looking to date someone who
shares at least some of my interests. We don't have to agree on
everything, but there are some fundamentals: you should NOT message
me if you don't think evolution or climate change are real things,
that the earth is less than, say, a million years old, that
vaccines cause autism, or that gay marriage is wrong. We probably
just won't get along.
