I'm going to try to be as honest with you as I am with myself in hopes that I'll be able to find someone that is a good match. I grew up in Texas where admittedly the gay community wasn't huge and I was faced with a very small dating pool. I've had zero long term relationships outside of some weird long term friend / sex things. I've dated a good number of people and things rarely seem to click. When they do it's usually a little too late. I'm not going to say I don't have issues, but maybe I've just yet to find the right guy. I'm banking on it being the latter, hence me being here!

Despite those things I consider myself a happy and well adjusted person. I'm rarely bored and have several interests. My family and friends are very important to me. When I'm busy I can be a little selfish with my free time. Keep in mind I'm used to being on my own and having my personal space.

I'm not sure if I'm going to dive back into the workforce again or if I'm going to head back to school in the near future, but either way I'm intending to stay in Seattle. My main goal is to become a better, more well-rounded person. I'll be working on that for a while, but as a work in progress I think I'm doing fine!

Keeping myself entertained, holding my giant phone, not making eye contact on the bus, making people laugh on a good day and pissing everyone off on a bad day. People think I'm a video game and comic book hipster. I just don't like garbage.

My surprisingly disgusting sense of humor. Much like Degrassi I'm not afraid to go there!

Common interests aren't really that important to me. I like video games, but I don't play them for an obscene amount of time or anything. Science-y stuff is cool. I like movies, tv, books and music just like everyone else you've ever met in your life. Maybe we'll have some overlap, but if not I enjoy it when people share the things they love with me.

I'd like to think I could do without most of this stuff, but here's the things I'd rather not have to lose!

How differently I want to handle this year compared to the last. Needs 100% more camping and traveling!

Oh and how much I hate the notion of people being classified as twinks/otter/bears in the gay community. It's annoying and a turn off to hear people acknowledge it.
