I am quirky, indulgent, and nerdy.
My Self-Summary
I'm a very scholarly-type person and I have a better relationship
with
books than with
most people. I like to dance, though I'm incredibly shy. When I
drive my car, I turn the music up and roll the windows down. I love
animals and own an assortment of insane creatures, the strangest
being a mutt whose hair has a mind of its own and a chinchilla with
a chewing fetish. So it makes sense that I hate people who are
cruel to
animals.
Religion doesn't play a large part in my life and it never has. My
views on religion are consequently very blurry. I just don't like
people who push their views on others. It's great that you love
your religion, but I don't have to like it too.
I recently fell into the pit of sin. One of my good friends got me
to try playing
World of Warcraft and I must
admit that I had a lot of fun. I've been playing since May. Saboten
is my main on Silvermoon. ^_^ She's awesome.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm going to be heading down to Purdue West Lafayette to major in
Japanese (finally >.<). Also trying to keep in touch with
friends and family without seeming terribly needy.
I’m really good at
Memorizing song lyrics, typing bullshit-laden papers, and getting
along with animals and little kids. I have an annoying tendency to
interrupt a serious conversation with silly observations or
statements. This is completely unintentional and largely
involuntary. Don't know why I do it, but it's fun.
The first things people usually notice about me
My height, most definitely. My laugh, maybe. And now, probably my
hair. I got it cut extremely short.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Books: Anything by
Stephenie Meyer, Choke, most
manga,
Laurell K. Hamilton, and
most other fantasy novels.
Music:
Stephen Lynch. Hands
down.
Food: Japanese food of any kind. Sushi and omuraisu in particular.
Also, mashed potatoes and
Starbucks Frappuccinos. (I can't help
the addiction!!)
The six things I could never do without
Six things I could never do without:
*My toothbrush
*The menagerie of animals that live with me
*The internet
*Someone who can catch me when I fall and hold me up when I can't
stand on my own
*Books, any and all. I love reading, I don't know where I'd be
without books.
*Indoor plumbing
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My general failings as an individual. The constant press of my
to-do list (which is a mile long XD). Concern for what the future
holds and where it will lead me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Up late sitting around the house reading, watching tv, or playing
WoW. Pretty mundane stuff, though it'd be nice to get out some. :D
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I am bisexual. Yes, I like women, too.
Kinda wish I could kiss a woman again, though. Call me! :P
You should message me if
You are looking to exchange reading lists or maybe hang out
sometime down in Lafayette. I'm always up for meeting new people,
particularly those of the fascinating variety.
