have been said to be ecclectic. anything you want to know, just ask. and i'm a bit nerdy :)

i like thrifting, knitting, singing, reading, tatting... coffee, tea, board games, music. an artist and love printmaking, photography... anything to do with the darkroom, making paper, ceramics, book-binding ... am an aggie - grew up in 4-H and FFA ... admit i'm sometimes a bit shy until i get to know people, awkward, or backward... but that's me... not really a social butterfly ... more of a lunar moth .... :)...

have a few nutty ideas, but i am from the buckeye state :) ... a bit of a free spirit... i love to travel and road trips make me giddy... then so do trees and mountains... and rivers and streams ... fond of walking and love going camping, hiking, climbing, or kayaking when I can.

can be a bit introverted sometimes, but then again, once i'm comfortable around someone or have enough caffeine i can be as extroverted as the next person. Sometimes I explain things in wierd ways ... tend to use some strange analogies to describe feelings about something or to explain ideas, but somehow they make sense.

making random batches of kombucha :) walking around randomly at night with a tripod, taking pictures, finding something exciting through getting lost, playing with my new tachihara ... just got it the end of june... full-time student and working far too many hours at Macy's ... when will I learn to stop working retail?

in my 6th year of higher education and doing the whole art school thing in Minneapolis ... so I'm here knocking down some Photography classes

If money were no object, by the end of school i'll have triple majored in music, agriculture and fine arts (ceramics, printmaking and photography) with minors in german, religion, and math (yes, i do love algebraic equations and imaginary numbers ... i'm a geek, so sue me). obviously this is crazy, but it's something to focus on in the mean time

i don't really have an end-date in mind, and don't really don't have a clue where I'm headed, but I'm excited to see how things turn out.

when i finally do graduate, i'd love to spend a couple years teaching ESL in another country, but we'll see what happens :)

i guess i'll break down and put television on here ... Firefly is probably an all-time favorite series, but i loved Dinosaurs, Fruits Basket, Stargate, House, Criminal Minds, Nana, Galileo, Boys over Flowers, old episodes of What's My Line?, Blood +, Lawrence Welk Show, Nodame, hana kimi

food: spaghetti, and now chili and spaghetti, mint chocolate chip ice cream, and applebee's spinach and artichoke dip :)

well ... things i enjoy having around...: camera, tripod, coffee, sharpie, records, record player

exploring, fire, ideas ... tend to daydream on occasion and have a pretty active imagination for someone my age ... clouds and stargazing

... probably at work, or listening to some vinyl, just at home watching a movie, knitting, or even running around with a camera and tripod taking night shots ... there is no typical friday night ..

i used to pick the seeds off of strawberries ... wouldn't eat things with seeds on the outside ... silly, i know

i like movies with subtitles :)
