I was born in the UK but I grew up in Hong Kong and my family are still over that way (and Canada [and the New Forest]). Despite having lived in London for 15 years, and having lost my 'transatlantic' accent, I still don't really consider myself British as my attitudes and outlook on life are a bit alien. Plus I say things like 'diaper' and 'sidewalk' from time to time. But I balance that out by saying 'mate' far too much. Which friends say is adorable but I'm pretty sure is just annoying...
Generally I take life as it comes, with a healthy-ish mix of reading on the sofa, running [marathons = never again!], swimming, socialising, travelling around with my camera, etc.
Personality wise, I'm masculine, out-going and positive. Feel free to insert whatever other clichés you want, it's your right
I'm kinda a 'fringe gay' in that I don't care about Soho/etc and there are certain films that I am apparently supposed to have seen but haven't. But I do know where the gay bars are...
So: let's meet up and see how we get on.
Oh and I'm no longer in the SW. Now in SE11.
