I am spontaneous, hedonistic, and oblivious.

My Self-Summary

I've no idea how to summarize myself...so someone edited in random slices.

Name's Leia. I'm never bored or boring.

I like talking to strangers, getting lost in books and staying up through the night.

Annnnd right now I'm dead to the world due to impending NaNoWriMo. Catch you all in December.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now, I'm unemployed. I volunteer twice a week, and spend most of my time devouring books, taking bus journeys to unfamiliar places and talking to acquaintances over the internet.

Currently I've no idea what direction my life will take, but I'm not overly concerned about that. There will be a book written. It will likely have small, furry, vaguely anthropomorphic animals with East Asian names for characters.

I’m really good at

'Wearing T shirts. Damn I look hot with my ass poking out the bottom of a T-shirt.' Allegedly.

The first things people usually notice about me

My hair. It's naturally curly, which attracts attention on its own, but it probably doesn't help that I'm prone to dyeing it all colours of the rainbow. :P

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Cyclic Redundancy Error.

The six things I could never do without

My laptop, my cigarettes, my MP3 player, a notebook and pen, my cigarettes, a good book, my cigarettes and a nice, comfy quilt.

Someone once tried to separate my tobacco from me. I hear most of his family are ok now. He's still in hospital.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Philosophy, morality, religion and spirituality. Yes, I know it's generic. I'm also very interested in abnormal psychology and sociology. In general, I suppose that humans fascinate me.

On a typical Friday night I am

Buried under many, many layers of blankets and duvets, snuggling quite contentedly.

--- OR ---

Drinking black coffee in the local hospisce tea room where I have been influenced/forced to go by a desperate Bitchface and consuming plant seeds that taste like mud, before here or there indulging in various varieties of what is commonly believed to be "fun".

--- OR ---

Being vulnerable and kidnapped by subversive, manipulative and frankly, selfish, puppet masters. Then being given money, while being threatened with fajitas and forced to go out clubbing. I need to be rescued.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm very fond of the original Pokemon games.
