My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a Florida girl at heart with traditional southern values. I moved to the big city as part of Teach For America, where I taught high school math for two years in the South Bronx. I now work at Teach For America on their marketing team.

I take pleasure in seeing the beauty around me - from the intricate architecture of the city to the colors in a Monet painting. I also try to find the beauty in the people I meet, which sometimes leads people to think I am naive. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Hmm.. what else? I would rather go for a walk around the Reservoir in Central Park on a sunny day than spend the night in a club (although I do appreciate this when I'm with people who know how to have a good time and not take themselves too seriously). I have a close-knit group of friends, many of whom I've known since I was 11 or younger, who are living all over the country now.

Well, I don't want to give away everything at once! Looking to meet funny, goal-oriented, all-around American guy. :)
