My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hmmmmmm...I'm an ordinary girl who takes life as it comes. I try not to take things too seriously. I like to laugh, I think it's how people get through a lot of tough times. There are things that must be taken seriously, but I want to be smiling the majority of the time. I think my friends would say I am incredibly loyal and protective. Now that football is over for the season, I'm back at the gym. Can't wait until it warms up enough to enjoy the outdoors! I would love to try stand-up paddleboarding but have yet to find anyone to try it with. I love the beach and would love to live closer to it. Each cold day makes me consider packing up and finding one more and more seriously...I am also a fan of big cities. I like a lot of 80's music, and love going to live shows. I will say my preference is a small venue - House of Blues being the biggest. Not that I'm opposed to big shows - seeing The Police at Fenway was probably the greatest night of my life so far. I work with a bunch of crazy people who I consider family. I think it's important to do something you enjoy with people you enjoy, and for the most part that's what I have. Life is pretty good. Now I just need to find my partner to have crazy fun adventures with...

Edited to add:
It must not be obvious by anything I've written, so...I am not really looking for a sensitive artsy type, artsy is ok but not really into sensitive men. I had a great relationship with my father, so no daddy issues here - if your age starts with a 5 or up, sorry, we're not a match. Occasionally I like to watch Sportscenter while eating lunch quietly...if you feel the need to talk during shows, we're not a match. Also, in general, most people don't really like it, so please do humanity a favor and wait for a commercial. Also, I. LOVE. FOOTBALL. If you're not into football, please don't even bother because you'd be pretty sad and lonely from late August to February. Sorry but it is what it is. Hope this isn't too bitchy, but I'd really like to meet the right people and not waste anyone's time. I'd also like to add that I don't really need my time wasted either. I value honesty, no matter how much it stings, so if we're conversing and you're just not feeling it, PLEASE JUST TELL ME. Especially if I'm digging you. I'm so picky and it's so rare that I am actually into someone that it's better to know you're not into it so I can move on. Again, it is what it is.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Having a lot of fun with great friends, being the best person I can be. Looking forward to new experiences, whatever they may be...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Make-up (I went to beauty school...not a drop-out either...), useless trivia, drinking beer, One Direction dance parties with my favorite kid and getting rid of telemarketers.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not sure...I'll have to ask someone. Maybe my sweet Hoomanawanui jersey :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Sh*t My Dad Says, I Suck at Girls, a few others I can't remember their exact titles (read more books in the almost year I've had my Kindle than I have in my entire life)...Ted was fantastic, The Vow, 21 Jump Street, Super Bad, the American Pie Movies (except wedding and haven't seen reunion yet), and a ton more. I would say Tootsie, Kramer v. Kramer (I love you, Dustin Hoffman!) and Shallow Hal are my top 3. I love the original Inbetweeners, How I Met Your Mother, Man v. Food, 30 Rock, Some of the Housewives, some of the reality shows on VH1, and too many more to mention. As for music, I love the 80's, I really like The Cure, I used to listen to WFNX, they played a ton of what I sad they are gone...and finally, food. I am not picky, but there's a lot I don't like. Eggs are #1 on my list. I am willing, for the most part, to try any new foods. As you can tell by my pictures, I am no delicate flower.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, my kitty, beer, music, NFL, water
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future, the ocean, lip balm, good sales, how the Patriots are doing, how my guilty pleasure team Cincy is doing, and if there really is someone out there for me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends doing whatever or watching Undercover Boss and What Would You Do? with my kitty.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I think fart jokes are hillarious.

you think we would get along...if you are far away, please be serious and willing to actually meet up in a reasonable amount of time. I will happily fly across the country to have dinner with you to see if we click (I've flown literally halfway across the world for a weekend so that's nothin'). If i come across the right person, my bags would be packed in a minute...if you're not serious and are just looking for chat buddies please just move along. I'm not looking for a new pen pal.
