Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Real women aren't skinny supermodels! Real women have lived a life
of love and hurt, magical moments and many not-so-magical moments.
We know what it takes to make a real relationship work. It takes
trust, honesty, fidelity, love and communication. I love to laugh,
listen to music and share things. Things like...what happened
during your day or a freaky dream I had last night or a basket of
fries. I do my best to communicate my feelings and desire a man who
feels the same way. I'm also very vocal, if you scare me I will
scream! I can be playful and silly, but I also know when to be
serious. I have long, brown, silky soft hair with silver
highlights, completely natural! As for my intellect...I used to be
a member of Mensa, but, doubt I could pass the test now! duhhh...
oh, and, I'll try not to correct your grammar! I know how much you
hate that! But no promises :-)
Do you have what it takes?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to build a personal life to balance my work life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I guess I would have to say my long hair and my nails. They're long
and manicured with little works of art on each of them.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Favorite authors: Faye Kellerman, James Patterson and Michael
Connolly. Favorite movie used to be The Replacements with Keanu
Reeves but it has recently been upstaged by Burlesque with Cher and
Christina Aguilera! Never cared for Christina until I saw her in
this movie, she did an outstanding job for her first movie. Don't
do horror flicks, psychological thrillers or fantasy movies like
Harry Potter. Absolutely hate The Wizard of Oz (freaks me out)!
Love comedy concerts. I've seen Blue Man Group, Jeff Foxworthy,
Bill Engvall, Joan Rivers, Lilly Tomlin (before she was so
militant), Robin Williams, Jeff Dunham, Bill Cosby, David Brenner
and George Carlin. Would love to see Ron White, Kathleen Madigan
and Kathy Griffin. Love Seinfeld's stand up act...hated the show!
Love TV. I watch all of the Law and Orders, all of the CSI's,
certain sitcoms (still watch Frasier), loved the old Two and a Half
Men with Charlie Sheen and occasionally I'll actually watch
something educational! The History Channel has some interesting
shows. They have a show called Modern Marvels and one episode I saw
recently was about the Library of Congress, now I want to go back
to Washington DC to see it! As for food, not into Indian, Thai or
anything really far out. I'm fairly picky (or so I've been told).
Do love: Italian, Chinese and American cuisine. Love a good burger
and an ice cold beer! My music tastes run all over the place except
for Rap. My music of choice would be what the kids today call Old
Rock. For me, that means the 70's, 80's and 90's Rock n Roll! I've
seen Chicago, The Doobie Bros, Celine Dion, Pat Benatar and Liza
Minelli in concert. Also love live theater. I grew up outside of
NYC and saw many Broadway and off-Broadway shows. I absolutely love
percussion. I've seen STOMP several times and will never get tired
of them! I think I've covered this section well enough to give you
a peek into my entertainment preferences. If you read this and
still wonder...just ask!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Fancy, Taz, Tessie, Shell Belle, Bob and Sidney. Yes, they're my

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm home watching CSI-NY. I used to watch Flashpoint, but they took
it off the air :-(

You are the one I'm looking for:
First and foremost is honesty, quickly followed by fidelity.
Integrity, self esteem and self confidence without being arrogant
is very sexy. Don't be afraid to tell me what you think, express
your opinion! I need a man who isn't easily intimidated not because
I'm a bully but because I am a very intense person. My emotions are
deep and strong. I am not a pushover and I will stand up for what I
believe in. I can be a dog with a bone. I will go to the mat to
take care of my patient's needs (I'm a nurse, after all). I don't
mind well groomed facial hair but it had to be a man who started
the "fad" of stubble. It's not sexy. manly or virile. It's just
nasty. It looks unkempt and hurts a woman's delicate skin. So,
please, buy a razor!
