My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Words are a repository for all the good in this world - use them accordingly.

I’m drawn towards philosophical questions about the nature of life and its relationship to the physical world. Yet while it is clear to me that empiricism and the scientific method are much more powerful tools than pure philosophy for the exploration of such questions, I continue to believe that the most luminary scientists are those who are also philosophers at heart. They challenge paradigms, abhor dogma, and are habitually aware and skeptical of the assumptions that form the basis of their beliefs.

Also, I have a cat - his name is Erwin Schrodinger.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as a systems engineer in the aerospace field. I'm saving to buy a house and try to make it a point to go on at least one decent vacation a year. In the long term, I would like to meet someone who is oriented along the same lines as myself. However I also want to go out, meet new people, and have a good time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the universe, and everything.

Honestly though, I think about many different ideas from varying perspectives. For instance, I will occasionally take a report from the CBO and read through the monetary effects of policy, which generally leads me to take on both conservative and liberal positions. I think it is important to understand that despite our own understandings of the world we are almost always with error and should act with humility in every respect - both in our professional and, perhaps more importantly, our personal lives. Nobody holds a monopoly on the truth.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing the same thing I do every Friday night - try and take over the world.

In general, on the weekends, I like to go out one night. Whether that be just inviting friends over for some drinks and music or checking out a new venue. I do enjoy the down time as well. Getting cozy and running a Netflix marathon sounds just as good as running a 5K.
