I like to try new things. I hope joining this site will provide me
with a new online dating experience. Not to say past ones have been
bad, just rarely what I expect. I want to meet a guy who is
genuine, honest, and trusting... I consider myself to be all of
these things.
I enjoy cooking, sewing, reading, listening to music, going for walks, and engaging conversation. My ideal guy would have hobbies and interests, but hopefully no obsessions. With the right person it would be nice to find mutual hobbies and interests too.
Music I enjoy is usually not mainstream, although listening to local radio stations exposes me to Top 40 music (which I tend to enjoy). However I would describe my taste mainly as indie/alternative bands like Marina and the Diamonds, Metric, Florence + the Machine, and Diamond Rings.
I'm easily entertained by TV and movies, but can't wait for warmer weather to go explore the city some more. TV shows I stay current on have been few lately.... Mostly just The Walking Dead. I also like Grimm, True Blood, Dexter... If I had cable I think I'd mostly watch HBO, FOX, and the Food Network :D
