Apparently, I am now seeing someone; she is cute and charming and clever. Needless to say, I am having a great time thus far.

I am out of town for two weeks, starting... NOW!

Plan: Go home, see family, head to madison, see old friends, go to chicago, see more old friends. Other then that, relax. Or work from home instead of relaxing. One of the two.

New idea. look for people of same gender who would make high match percent for friend. Result? Meet a bunch of dudes who have a personality that you would find appealing to hang around.

In other words, I could streamline the process of meeting new people, make friends (probably with a bunch of shy nerds who will think the idea is cool) and get to tell a ridiculous story. Only downside? I don't have time for friends. Damnation!

I didn't get all 8 done in a night. Evidently it takes longer than I recalled. Blast!

I am at work right now. I do some nifty stuff here. Like, today, I am going to establish 8 lines of adult stem cells. Yay.
I will be extra tired tonight though. Then, I will go hang out with people from the lab. Then I will come home and check my email. and then brush my teeth and hop in bed.
I am excited about the plan. But first I am waiting for one of my co-workers. I am being extra patient. He does not seem to understand that the procedure will take me six hours. And that he is the reason I haven't started yet. Maybe I should learn sign language. Maybe that would help get things moving. Or chinese! That would make even more sense.

I have been so bored lately. I need something to stimulate myself with. Maybe I will take a pottery class.

It appears my greatest enemies are teases and the religious. At least, that is the case according to the OKcupid. I am ever so confused by these results.

I have a ridiculous set of rules for how to behave around people I am attracted to. It involves a bunch of edicts that keep me from being or feeling as though I have been a sleaze-ball, including but not limited to: not putting the moves on people when high or drunk (either of us); not doing anything without more or less explicit permission; and several other rules that I won't go into. In all honesty, it hurts my chances quite severely, as people are confused by kindness and often see it as a sign of weakness instead of as a sign of respect. I find that extra-frustrating, but I won't change my ways, partly because I am stubborn and partly because I like to be the way I am. This isn't really a solution to the problem though.

I am now moved in in ann arbor. I forgot a few things, so maybe i will buy them. But money is tight until I get my paycheck.

moving to ann arbor for more school. saw family in detroit first. think I am going to use ok cupid more frequently. maybe will attempt to meet people.
