My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Someone once told me that I am a firecracker. Made me think whether being able to multi-task is a good thing or not.

I have been questioned by other people because of my Faith, but that's fine. I know who my Savior is, and I try my best to have a deep personal relationship with Him.

I love to see the colors of life, but I am color blind when it comes to skin color and race.

I am awed by how technology can cage a huge world within our hands; but am ironically frightened by how the world is too small for people with disagreeing minds.

I am driven by a fast-paced environment, but I am fueled by the little miracles of everyday life.

I am passionate about life and relationships and connections.

I am optimistic about everything. And I love being with optimistic people.

I love good books. I am into fiction. I still have seven books on my non-existent bed-side table that I am yet to finish (update: I have way more than seven unfinished books that I need to finish reading.) I love books with movie tie-ups more. For no apparent reason. Or maybe because after reading the book, I could watch the movie and compare. And always end up cursing as to why the movie version did not give justice to the book (well, except for The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold). I also found myself crying after finishing a certain good book, and I still cried after watching the movie version. Crazy, eh? I know. I am.

I have a list of places that I want to go to before I grow old. The list is taller than me when you stretch it from end to end (although, I am not tall, so..) But here are some of the places I WILL visit someday - Santorini, the vineyards of Italy, Prague, Venice, Rome, and the lost city of Herculaneum. But before I visit all these places, I will make sure that I have swept all the beautiful places here in the Philippines first. I will travel the world someday.. twice. We live in such a wonderful place that seeing it once is not enough!

I love beaches (I don't swim, though, because I can't, I just float). I love to walk along the shore. I love the sound of the waves.

And I love sunsets. Consequently, I love sunrises.

And I love the concept of love.

Who do I love most? My baby in heaven.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a degree in Biology, but I am currently working for one of the call centers here in the Philippines. My work takes up a lot of my time, I guess I am a workaholic, but that's fine. I love my job, but I don't let it define me.

I'm also starting a blog about my baby in heaven.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
multitasking. And sharing stories to people who have the same passion about connections. And giving advice, or so they say :)

Wearing flats, despite my height :) I will never trade being comfortable just for the sake of looking "good".
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is my height. I am not tall. But that does not bother me :) I am what I am :)

And probably my eyes. People think I am Chinese. But I am not. I probably have more Spanish blood than Chinese blood.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

sunshine (this doesn't mean I hate the rain)
My baby in heaven.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
my family, and what I could possibly do to make life more comfortable for them. I also think about how, in my own little ways, I could improve the lives of other people.

How people seem to always look for love, but are hesitant to give it.

And I always think about my little baby in heaven. I miss him everyday.
On a typical Friday night I am
