Joy is being in the right place at the right time doing the right thing with the right person or people. Here are some things that bring joy into my life. What brings joy into yours?

My friends and family are the best! My parents, sister, and step-sisters are truly wonderful people - the kind most people would love to know and count among their friends. It makes family gatherings fun and easy, except when Dad keeps beating the entire family at Trivial Pursuit in a single round! C'mon, Dad, give the people with ordinary levels of useless knowledge a chance! When we play against you, it should be called Futile Pursuit!

Being born and raised in the Midwest means I can have a pretty sharp and sarcastic wit sometimes, so you'll need to be able to take some teasing humor. But don't worry, I'd NEVER unleash my sarcasm upon the likes of YOU!

Being born in the Midwest also means that I'm a meat eater, and that I've been hunting and fishing. I don't mind vegetarians and those who think hunting and fishing is wrong, so long as they don't try to convert me - if you do, I just might eat your liver. Fava beans, I've found, don't go so well with liver; I prefer a side salad with Caesar dressing.

I want to create a wowie-zowie, off-the-charts relationship and co-creation of love.

I'm just sittin here watchin the wheels go round and round, I really love to watch them roll.... But seriously, I love working on myself...bettering my life, my body, finding new friends, exploring new communities, checking out weird cultural events like Burning Man.

I am self-employed as an alternative healer and as a writer, and practice several alternative health therapies including massage therapy, hypnotherapy, sound healing and more. I also work a "regular" job at a video and computer games company. It is a night job, so maybe not so "regular" after all.

Massage, Tantra, Writing, Listening, Being a stand for your greatness, Camping, Loving, Reading, Understanding weird concepts, Seeing the "big picture," and of course, several other healing arts because that's my job, and I love doing it.

Besides...I may not be tall, but I do have GIRTH...and SKILLS, and that counts for something, I'm told! ;)

No, I'm not fat...I'm quite slender, actually...and proud of the fact that I'm down to the weight/shape I had when I was only 17-20 years old. That GIRTH part was a sex joke, you goof!

But seriously, I spend a lot of time thinking about: human rights, liberty, anarchism, sacred sexuality, spirituality, Tantra, renewable energy, writing, books I have read, sex, money, power, love, community, among many other things....

I think quite a lot. Some tell me this is one of my strengths. Others tell me it is one of my flaws.

Some of the people who think it is a flaw can't even spell "intelligent" correctly on their profiles.

These days, there'd be only one TRUE answer: working. I work nights from 5 pm to 2 am, so on a typical Friday night, I am sitting at a desk hacking away at a computer game.

I am seeking polyamorous women primarily, but will consider monogamous relationships too.

Here's the deal. I'm 41, and have been exclusively in poly relationships since I was 30. I had been in only monogamous relationships (with only one exception) up until the age of 30. I can do either relationship style successfully, but my preference is for poly.

Regardless of poly or mono, I have never CHEATED on any of my past partners, and never would. That kind of betrayal is not in my nature.
